They were last seen together in Yaagavarayinum Naa Kaakka.

Plot

A smuggler group wants to steal the emerald artifact, which has crores and crores of value. As they couldn’t do, they assign the work to Senguttuvan and Ilango, part time smugglers. As Senguttuvan and team are in need of money, they agree to do the work for Rs. 10 Crores. But, they don’t know that the emerald is a cursed one. Later, they believe that the Emerald has been protected by King Irumporai’s ghost. To keep themselves safe, Senguttuvan and co seek the help from the spirit of Ilango’s uncle. Ilango’s uncle gets the support from three of his ghost friends and all the four enter into the bodies of four people in Senguttuvan gang. Did they get the emerald artifact? What happens to the team? Did the spirits that helped them, get out from their body? Watch the multi genre film in theaters!

Star Performance

Ramdoss steals the show with his excellent performance. Aadhi, Nikki, Anandaraj, Kaali Venkat and MS Bhaskar have done their jobs neatly.

Analysis

Maragatha Naanayam teaser that released in March garnered appreciations from the audiences. This created a huge hype and the director has done justice to the script and satisfied the audiences. Although there was a slight jolt in the beginning, Saravanan managed to make the audiences glued to their seats. The screenplay is impressive and kudos to the entire team for making the audiences engaged throughout the film.

What’s There?

Character designing is just superb
The background score and the cinematography make us travel along with Aadhi and team
Performance of the artists is marvelous and the director has concentrated even in the tiny face expressions
Nikki and Aadhi’s melodious romance with a comedy touch makes the audiences smile

What’s Not There?

Except for minor flaws, nothing seems to be negative

Verdict

Maragatha Naanayam, the multi genre film will definitely impress the audiences. It is high time for Aadhi to give a hit after “Eeram.” Maragatha Naanayam – unbounded comedy and thrill!
