Meyaadha Maan is scripted and directed by Rathna Kumar. The film is produced by Karthik Subbaraj under the banner Stone Bench Creations. Vaibhav Reddy, the permanent member of Venkat Prabhu directorial ventures and the serial star Priya Bhavani Shankar shares the screen space together. This is the debut film of Priya Bhavani Shankar. Plot
Idhayam Murali, the hero, is a good family guy, who is very much attached to his sister. He has a close friend and he shares everything with him. Idhayam Murali loves a girl. But, he didn’t open about his love for her. In a particular situation, his love for the girl is kenned to all and what happens after that is the main plot of the script.
Star Performance
Vaibhav’s performance is good. After “ Kappal,” this film might give him the needed break. Priya Bhavani Shankar has emoted well and scores as a heroine. Induja’s performance is solid and Vivek Prasanna’s performance needs a special mention.
Analysis
Meyaadha Maan doesn’t seem to be Rathna Kumar’s first film. He has worked as an experienced director. Budget wise, it is a tight budget movie and Karthik hasn’t spent lavishly but had done what is needed for the script. Vaibhav’s comedy timing has worked out well. The heroine Priya Bhavani Shankar is a good selection and she attracts everyone with her smile.

Meyaadha Maan is a good light-hearted romantic comedy entertainer that is suitable for the youngsters. If you didn’t get a ticket to “ Mersal,” then try this film, you will not be disappointed.
