Plot

Ramakrishnan and Soundar are close friends right from their childhood. Soundar grows in Ramakrishnan’s house, as he lost his parents. After completing his studies, Soundar is waiting for a good job. Ramakrishnan is a lorry driver. Meanwhile, Ramakrishnan seeks a suitable bride for him. When Ramakrishnan finds Amala Rose as the bride, he falls for her. But, Amala’s parents don’t want to get their daughter married to a lorry driver. But, Ramakrishnan couldn’t forget her and so, his friend Soundar explains about Ramakrishnan’s love to Amala and finally, she accepts to marry Ramakrishnan. On a fine day, with the blessings of the parents, they get married. Even after their marriage, Ramakrishnan and Soundar’s friendship continues as ever. An incident happens at Ramakrishnan’s house, when he was away. From that time, Soundar avoids visiting Ramakrishnan’s house. What is the incident? What happens when Soundar tell about this to Ramakrishnan? Watch the film in theaters.

Star Performance

Ramakrishnan plays a good friend and a good husband and he excelled in his performance. Soundararaja has done his role perfectly. In some emotional scenes, his acting skills seem to have shaped out well. Amala Rose has done justice to her role.

Analysis

Director Vijay Sankar, who scripted and directed the film, means to say that even if a guy is good at heart, a small fickleness makes him feel guilty till the end. Vijay Sankar has spun the story with honest friendship and a beautiful husband and wife bonding.

What’s There?

Performance of the stars is good
The music and the background score is neat and good and it gels with the story finely
Cinematography is good

What’s Not There?

The screenplay is not much impressive
The execution should have been a bit better

Oru Kanavu Pola didn’t create any wonders. If you have watched all the films and wants to spend this weekend in theaters, you could try Oru Kanavu Pola.
