Plot

Star Performances

Venkatesh has given topnotch performance in his role of a coach. He effortlessly plays the different shades of his role. Good acting is what that should be considered in the film industry and age should not be a concern as far as the artists act well. To put it in a nutshell, Venkatesh lives his character. Besides, he is magnanimous enough in letting the female star have a weighty role. Ritika Singh delivers a superb performance as the rebellious girl who later is driven by a sense of direction by a determined coach. Nasser gives a commendable performance. Analysis

The sports drama has sufficient moments to keep the audiences hooked to the screen. Ritika Singh debuted with the film as the energetic street-girl who eventually becomes a boxer. She also went on to receive the National Award for her splendid performance. In the Telugu version too she is being cast in the female lead role and wins laurels for her performance.

The problems faced by female players and how they react after being selected for a specific sport isshown in a commendable manner by the woman director.
