Kundanapu Bomma Click to look into! >> Read More... is a low budget Tollywood movie; it's a rom-com set in a village. Suchi is the pampered, loved and spoiled daughter of landlord Mahadevaraju. This movie has a love triangle between Suchi, her brother-in-law Gopi (Sudhakar Komakula) and a mechanic Vasu (Sudheer Varma).

Plot: Suchi (Chandini Chowdhary) is the daughter of landlord Mahadevaraju. The film has a triangular love story between Suchi, Gopi, and a mechanic Vasu. Mahadevaraju (Suchi's father) is very keen on marrying his daughter off to Gopi. But Gopi puts it to Mahadevaraju that he cannot marry as he is not financially stable. Meanwhile, Suchi is a spoilt brat, Vasu, who comes across her in Vijayanagaram and falls for at the very first sight. Vasu, who works as a mechanic to make his two ends meet. Soon his friend offered him a job, and he accepted that job.

The job required him to go to a village where he had to repair a vintage car. In a sheer coincidence , the place he had to stay for repairing the vintage car was Suchi's home. After a series of attractive sequences between the protagonists, the two of them fell in love with each other. Soon Gopi, after returning to the village agrees to marry Sochi, leaving the duo in shock. What happens next forms the main climax of the story. Whom does Suchi finally fall in love with? Watch to find out.

Analysis:The story of a family of Mahadeva Raju which moves around the marriage of his daughter Suchi. She’s the only degree holder in her village who takes her literacy seriously. There’s another thread too, the decision of Suchi’s marriage decided since her birth. Gopi is not much excited for the wedding. Vasu is the new man in Suchi’s life. A complicated love triangle is felt out of life with no chemistry between the actors. The film never didn't manage to take off. The narration is monotonous and gloomy. There is no clarity in the movie.

Though the family atmosphere was good, it was dropped by poor narration. Kundanapu Bomma had plenty of opportunities- The case of the family which is attached to their old car, enough to cause a conflict between the brothers Mahadevaraju (Nagineedu) and Sahadevaraju (Rajeev Kanakala). Emotional threads are not effective, and weak performances makes it all a bit superficial. Same as the romantic line, Suchi was helped by Vasu, he made her copy during her history exam was a very poor reason for their romance to bloom.

Star performances: A film will only deliver good performances if the storyline allows the actors to give good performance and if the director has got a good vision. But Kundanapu Bomma, in the absence of any substantial storyline or a vision of the director, all the talent of these actors such as Nagineedu, Rajeev Kanakala, Shakalaka Shankar Shakalaka Shankar is an actor in Telugu Television >> Read More... , Sudhakar went into vain. All the characters in this movie are bland, Jhansi's character is very loud leaving the audience irritated.

The Kundanapudu Bomma Chandini Chowdary's track makes no sense. All she has done in the movie was crying. Vara showed his talent in some of the emotional scenes. The scene where the Nagineedu- Rajeev Kanakala duo make up have no emotions and the climax was just wrapped up in a hurry. Cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa has done good work. Legendary M. M Keeravani has not done much of good work in music.

What's not there? The biggest backdrop of the film is its sound, which had very high score continuously being played along with the dialogues. Music by M M Keeravani doesn’t connect with the audience at all. The Background score has heavily inspired by Hindi movies. Cinematography made the film slightly tolerable to some extent. Dialogues by Anuradha and Gautham lacked the class and are monotonous. Editing also didn't play its part well.

What's there? There are a few comic scenes in the film that will tickle your funny bones. And some romantic sequences which can attract the audience. The cinematography is OK. This movie has some good one-liners as well.

Verdict: A story that reeks of the '80s style drama.
