Yuddha Bhoomi is scripted and directed by Major Ravi. The film has the main star cast of “ Mohanlal” and Allu Sirish. Arunoday Singh plays a pivotal role. Vasudevan is an army officer, who works for Indian army. Raja, who has the same ideologies as Vasudevan, works for Pakistan. Vasudevan always insists that every soldier should have the courage to face the enemy at any time. During the Indo – Pakistan war, Vasudevan got to see Chinmaya, a distinguished officer. Shortly, they face a tough situation on the border. Will the Indian Army beat the Pakistan Army? Watch the patriotic film in theaters.
Mohanlal is good in emoting and in certain scenes his minute expressions made the audiences raise their eyebrows. He plays the dual role and differentiates both the roles, neatly. Arunoday has done his part well. Allu Sirish has done justice to the role, young army officer with no fear and extreme courage.
Major Ravi has come with a good storyline. But all his efforts went in vain with the half-baked screenplay. The screenplay is much essential, as it takes the script and the message to the audiences. With this less impressive screenplay, the performances of the stars become dull, a bit. The BGM is excellent, but the cinematography is not.
What’s Not There?
The patriotic story loses its essence with the not so gripping screenplay. However, the film could be watched once for the performance of the lead actors.
