10 Endrathukulla is a film to be watched by Vikram’s fan. But is disappointing as the film is the same-age-old-vengeance drama where Vikram gets hardly a chance to showcase his skill of talent in any scene. Model-turned-actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is his love interest. Vikram is a truck driver who is given the assignment to drop Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Mussoorie to
Abhimanyu Singh. Soon on his way to Mussoorie, the lady love is kidnapped and taken to Hyderabad. In between, another girl
Charmy Kaur replaces Samantha and joins with Vikram’s trip to Mussoorie.
When Vikram lands in Mussoorie, he comes to know from Abhimanyu Singh that Samantha will be delivered to an upper caste village man
Rahul Dev. Rahul Dev is almost like a kingpin who is involved in many massacres and likely to send Samantha to jail. There is a twist in the plot now as one more girl (screen name Gogoi) resembles Samantha, and she is Rahul's sister. That means Samantha had a dual role to play in the movie. One Samantha was an innocent girl who had accompanied Vikram in his truck; another Samantha was Rahul Dev’s sister.
It was for this reason, Vikram was given the assignment to drop the innocent Samantha to Mussoorie so that when Rahul’s sister who was facing a jail trial and given a permission for a day on parole to attend funeral of her mother. Rahul found it as a golden opportunity to replace her sister by someone who looked similar. Hence, an innocent Samantha is sent to jail. But she escapes soon from clutches of police and the angry Gogoi (duplicate Samantha) kidnaps her and tries to kill her in a running train in Mussoorie. Meanwhile, Vikram arrives in this situation, and saves his lady love and kills Rahul and his sister. The film ends when all is well with Vikram and his lady love. Hence, the film had nothing new to offer although it was an AR Murugadoss banner film.
In this film, all villains are borrowed from Bollywood and hence there is some good amount of fight sequences, and the train fight is captured very well in camera. Even some beautiful locales of Mussoorie might please the viewers, but the film is a total washout for its plot.
