20th Century Fox is ready to give a new meaning to the horror film genre with the release of the movie Devil’s Due. This horror saga has been directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. It has Allison Miller and Zach Gilford in the lead roles.
The trailer is a treat to those who seek interest in horror. It induces fear, trauma and thrill in the audiences’ mind. In this trailer, it can be seen how a newlywed couple and their family is extremely delighted with the news of a new member to join the family. But the couple realises that everything is not normal about the to-be-born child. Zach discovers weird symbols and learns from a priest that they are Anti-Christ. Sam starts behaving weirdly and has violent mood swings which she doesn’t remember. Many fearful incidents take peace away from their lives. The trailer leaves people thinking, ‘’Will normalcy be restored? Will the baby be safe?’’.
During her pregnancy, Sam behaves in a very wild manner. Despite being a vegetarian, she craves for raw meat and starts eating animals for that. She experiences extraordinary capabilities like telekinesis, strength. She feels severely enraged when she or her baby faces any trouble. Sam gets convinced that something is surely wrong with the baby and visits another doctor as well. In the meanwhile, Spanish strangers set up CCTV cameras inside Sam’s home. When the couple goes to the church, the priest starts coughing blood violently after he looks at Samantha.
Zach discovers CCTV footage of his house in an abandoned building in his neighbourhood and finds strange men performing rituals. He escapes from there & when he visits his home, he finds his sister dead. Sam cuts open her stomach, and the baby is taken away by the doctor. Police take Zach into their custody for the mysterious death of his sister, wife and the mystery of his missing child. The movie got negative reviews from the critics. But the audience gave a mixed response. This thrilling trailer has received 2,236,756 views on the ‘Movieclips Trailers’ Youtube page.
