The trailer narrates the turbulent life story of Grace, who leaves her successful career as an Actress in Hollywood for the sake of marrying her love. She enters a royal family and strives hard to be a devoted housewife but is distressed by her husband’s constant criticism. She feels as if she has lost her identity and is very heartbroken. The trailer is visually gorgeous. It shows us the regal and elegant lifestyle of Royals in a perfect manner. This video received a whopping 1,175,969 views on Youtube. Warner Bros.Uk released six videos for the film including two trailers and four clips.
The movie is based on the true story of actress Grace Kelly. It shares the heartrending life saga of the Hollywood diva. Grace chooses to quit acting at the peak of her career and opts to marry Rainier iii, Prince of Monaco, whom she calls the love of her life. She gets entangled in the royal politics and feels a sense of losing herself. She works hard to stay committed to please her husband and her children. Her husband restricts her to even talk because he feels that she might evoke a new trouble.
Feeling disgusted by all of this, she even considers returning back to acting but her acting career has already been forgotten. The film ends with a heart-warming speech by Grace describing that all her sacrifices were due to her love for Rainier. The film did not please the critics and was also not received well by the audience.
