"Baat Bann Gayi" is a Bollywood romantic-comedy feature film directed by Shuja Ali, produced by Megha Agarwal and Sayeed Asif Jah under the banner of Jaypee infotainment and ASR media. Deepak Panday did the cinematography for this 109 minutes long movie. Released on 11th of October 2013, the tracks for this movie are composed by Harpreet Singh and presented by T-series. The movie stars Amrita Raichand, Ali Fazal, Anisa Butt, Gulshan Grover, Razak Khan and Akshay Singh. This movie also features the Bollywood movie debut of television actress Anisa Butt playing a character called Rachna.
"Baat Bann Gayi" pictures the life of a thriving Singapore-based novelist who tries to turn into a nerd for impressing his girlfriend's (Alisa) brother (Gulshan Grover). When the hero reaches the brink of swaying his girlfriend's brother, his lookalike enters the plot, leading to more confusion and misunderstanding. Even the brother has a doppelganger which intensifies the turmoil and drama. The story of "Baat Bann Gayi" is by Sayeed Asif Jah, Shuja Ali and Akshay Singh and the movie was filmed at Singapore and Mumbai.
