. The theme of this cartoon is about Shifty, a Criminal which do various types of crimes and falls into various troubles. Since the thread is about crimes, but in a humorous way, it creates laughter among it’s viewers.
This cartoon is rich in good animation and CGI works which would loved by not only children but people of any age group. Not like many other cartoons which have their episodes at a duration of 30 minutes, this series differs from them in showing cartoon shorts with duration of one to two minutes. The show’s cast includes Shifty, The Show’s main lead character, the Fat Cop, who is unnamed and fat, Lance, a Skinny Cop, which partners Fat Cop, the Female Robber, who is Shifty's girlfriend appears in only one episode.
