In this story, Nida Rahim is a fierce and loyal military officer who exerts her faith in the current system for the betterment of the future. She can go to any extent to do her job and is very compassionate. The depth of her passion and dedication was evident when she helped in having her father arrested for his alleged connections to terrorist organizations. This incident made her excel in her work and promoted her to the interrogator at the remote Meghdoot 31 detention center.

The story is gripping and well-written. The writer, Patrick, has ensured that the three episodes of the series are perfectly defined and divided. The first episode sets the ground for the audience by feeding them with the essential points. The second episode brings the USB of the story, the Ghoul. The third episode shows all the action, findings, and spine-chilling scenes.

The dark and sepia color tones used to show the cinematography give chilling and horrific effects to the scenes. The setup keeps the audience alert about what the following frame will present, making it scary. Many consider Ghoul as the best horror-thriller content produced in India so far. Radhika Apte, Manav Kaul, Mahesh Balraj, and other supporting actors have done an applauding job in portraying their respective roles. They have made the audience believe that the characters weren't fictional and they are there in real life.
