Hugh Fraser

Hugh Fraser was born on 23rd October 1945. He is a British actor. He is a professional actor, theatre director, and also an author. He was born in Westminster, London. He grew up in Midlands, England. He completed his graduation at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts and at London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. He studied acting in his years at art colleges.
