Bruce Talkington is a writer, editor, and actor, and he has also worked as an additional crew. He was born in Washington, District of Columbia, USA. He worked as an Associate Story Editor for Disney’s “Duck Tales” and “The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh,” and many other animated properties. He has also appeared in two television series. He appeared in the films “They Call Me Bruce” and “Good-bye Cruel World.” He has also worked in TV series including “Billy,” “It’s a Living,” and “Goof Troop.” Bruce worked as an additional crew in the TV series “The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh,” “Tale Spin,” “Darkwing Duck,” “Goof Troop,” and “Bonkers.” He worked on the videos “Winnie the Pooh Friendship- Three Cheers for Eeyore and Rabbit” and “Winnie the Pooh- Seasons of Giving” as an Assistant story editor.

He wrote many animated TV series, including “Fluppy Dogs,” “Duck Tales,” “Adventures of the Gummi Bears,” “Chip n Dale- Rescue Rangers,” “Tale Spin,” “Darkwing Duck,” “Goof Troop,” “Bonkers,” “Winnie the Pooh Playtime- Detective Tigger,” “ABC Weekend Specials,” “All Dogs Go to Heaven- The series,” “Treasure Island,” “The Wacky World of Tex Avery,” Cave Kids,” Timon & Pumbaa,” “101 Dalmations- The Series,” “Poky & Friends” series, “Little People- Big Discoveries,” “Clifford the Big Red Dog,” “Robo Cop- Alpha Commando,” and “Sing Along Songs- Sing a song with Pooh Bear and Piglet Too.”

He was nominated for Outstanding Animated Program in 1989 and Outstanding Writing in an Animated Program for “The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.” He won the Outstanding Animated Award in 1990 for the same TV series. Unfortunately, he died on 20 November 2000 in Los Angeles County, California, USA. Bruce has been a significant part of our lives and the reason for a golden childhood.
