Hayden Schlossberg

Hayden Schlossberg is a creative American director, screenwriter, and a producer hailing from Randolph, New Jersey, U.S. He was born on June 9, 1978. He did his schooling from Randolph High School. He graduated doing a major in history from the University of Chicago, Illinois. He met Jonathan Benjamin Hurwitz when he was in high school, and since then it was not only their bonding and ever-lasting friendship but also their love and sheer passion for movies stayed together. Hayden is popularly known for the famous movie series of "Harold & Kumar". He has been working on them with Jon. They sold their very first script to Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Though Hayden had plans to attending law school later, by selling "Filthy", he decided to choose Hollywood and make a career with Jon in the entertainment industry. He believed in making his passion his career.

Later, he worked for Motion Pictures and Films. In 2004, he wrote and produced "Harold & Kumar: Go to White Castle" with Jon. This comical film was the first segment of the Harold & Kumar series. With an interesting story, the film was a big time hit. In 2008, they came up with "Harold & Kumar: Escape from Guantanamo Bay". He was not just the screenwriter but also directed and produced the film in the process. The inspiration to make these films happen came from their common vision during their high school. They were surrounded by many Indian and Asian children. The same year they also released the continuous part which was known as "Harold & Kumar: Go to Amsterdam". In 2010, he directed a film called "Stan", and then a year later they released "A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas" which was available in 3D too.

The box office collection amounted to 35.4 million US dollars.
