Syed Mudasar Ali started working in theater and played as the lead and supporting lead in various plays like Boy Named Crow, Fandi, Barber of Saville, Court Martial, Rainbows and Raincoats, and many more. Later, he worked as a lead in many advertisements like McDowell's India Holi Music Video in 2020 and Snake in the Meadows. He debuted in the film industry by playing the lead role in the 2020 short film, Ahmiyat and in a YouTube short film, Whispers in the Dark.
