Ashu Dutt

Ashu Datt is an author, journalist, and editor. He is one of the most renowned faces in the financial markets. He did his schooling at Delhi Public School, R. K. Puram. He is a BBA graduate who has completed his master's in public accounting from Baruch College. He has specialized in Economics. He is also a certified commodity analyst. He is known to be associated with the biggest new channels like NDTV, CNBC, Star News, etc. as the financial markets anchor and editor. Ashu has a keen interest in writing as well. He is also known to be the author of two of the most insightful books, The Penguin Guide to Winning on the Stock Market and The Penguin Guide to Personal Finance, which are published by Penguin Classics.

He got into three more writing contracts with Penguin, which included Timeless Wisdom, Commonsense Finance, and The Insider’s Diary. In 2002, he started his career as CEO and Board Member of SAB TV. Later on, he also went on to anchor shows like Baazar, Mutual Fund Investor, Classroom, etc. He has also worked as a managing director at NorthBridge Capital Ltd., based in Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. He has also been the chief consulting editor at Bloomberg UTV. He is the founder of the Asian Institute of Wealth Management and the World Family Official Council. He has received a Baruch College Alumni Scholarship and has also been named in Who’s Who on the Dean’s List for three years straight. He has also been a part of many top investment and corporate companies.
