Omkar Shetty is a writer, art director and creative producer. He was born on 14th November 1984, in Mumbai. He has started his career in 2006 with editing. He had been part of numerous projects as assistant director, chief assistant and second unit director for TV shows and commercials. He has directed many commercials, advertisements and documentaries. He has also worked as Chief assistant director on feature films. His first feature film as a writer and director was Aaron, released in 2018. Aaron was one of the three films selected by the Government of Maharashtra for Cannes 2019 and it received numerous international awards. He has worked as a creative head on Gumrah: End of Innocence (2012) for Channel V. He presently works as a director for Jaitram Films. He was the second unit director on Seven (2010),
