Sudha Menon

Sudha Menon was born on 9th October in Mumbai. She is a very popular author, writing coach and columnist as well. She has written four books which are amazing and very inspiring as well. She has written Leading Ladies: Women Who Inspire India which is an outstanding creation and consists of a lot of inspiring thoughts.

Her books were also translated in Hindi and Marathi. Sudha Menon wanted to become a journalist, this was her childhood dream. She completed her studies in Mumbai only. She dedicated 20 years of her life to her dream of Journalism and she also became a very popular journalist as well. Later, she pursued her dream of writing a book.

Her very first book named Leading Ladies: Women Who Inspire India was published in the year 2010 and as the book released she got her dream come true. In the year 2012 she published her second book named Legacy:Letters from Eminent Parents to their Daughters; this was also an amazing book and the audience really liked her books and a lot of people purchased her books. Her third book was published in the year 2014. Her book Gifted:Inspiring Stories of People with Disabalities, is all about learning from people who have some or the other kind of disability and still do a lot of things in their lives. Her fourth book which is published recently Devi, Diva or She Devil is about some of the famous women who have achieved greatest heights in their lives.

Sudha Menon also started Get Writing which is a writing workshop; she started this to teach people the art of writing and this helped a lot of people who want to pursue writing as their career. She also started Writing in the park’ through, through which she taught people to write when they are outdoors. Sometime ago she also began ‘Telling Our Stories’, this was for the senior citizens; she helps them pen their own stories.

Sudha is also a very popular public speaker; she conducts various sessions and motivational and inspirational workshops for people to inspire them and help them in their lives. She also used to deliver lectures at TEDx Pune in the year 2013. Sudha Menon currently resides in Pune with her daughter and husband. Her husband is an IT professional and her daughter is a pastry chef.
