Sunil Chauhan is a prominent chef in India. He did graduation in hotel management at the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi. In 1994, Sunil became a Management trainee and Junior Sous Chef at Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Later, he joined Jiggs Kalra Food. In 1999, Sunil found Chefs United Foods Pvt. Ltd. Sunil also became a Co-Founder, Managing Director, and chef at Fabcafe Foods Private Limited in 2017.

Sunil has indeed created a ‘Modern Indian Bistro’ to life. With his excellent cooking skills, Sunil has transformed the food industry in a better way. Sunil’s ideology of food making is to keep the flavor of Indian food with a health-friendly motive. He was given several opportunities to represent India worldwide at multiple food festivals. An important few of them include World Gourmet Summit, Singapore, The World Gourmet Festival, St Ortiz-Switzerland, and Ayurvedic Food Festival at the Raffles Hotel, Singapore.
