Mahendra Thulung Rudy is a restaurateur, food entrepreneur, and chef. He was born on 21 April 1987. He hails from Sonada, Darjeeling (India). He is currently based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His father's name is Shankar Singh Thulung, and his mother's name is Gauri Pradhan Thulung. Rudy completed his schooling from St. Alphonsus School in Sonada, Darjeeling. He did his bachelor from the University of North Bengal.
He worked in a jet company for four years, after which he gave up the job to perceive his dream and passion for cooking. Mr. Rudy started his own restaurant 'Dallay' in 2015, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His restaurant is famous for momos and Tibetan cuisine. Rudy Thulung was a former contestant of MasterChef India 2020.
