Gitanjali Sinha

Gitanjali Sinha is a professional film maker in Bollywood. In the year 1984, Gitanjali was born in Patna. Presently she resides in Mumbai. Gitanjali rose to fame right from her debut film which was titled ‘Yeh Khula Asma’. Gitanjali started her course in Film making and Television production Notre Dame Communication Centre since the age of fourteen. This center is located in Patna. She completed her graduation from Patna University, her subject being English Communication with Media Studies. For further studies, she decided to go abroad and study at the N. Y. After graduating and studying from all these Institutes abroad, she started her career in India. Initially, she did not start with film making. She worked in the Television and Radio Industry before entering in the Film Industry. Her debut film, ‘Yeh Khula Asma’, was released in the year 2012. It was released under Gitanjali Creations banner. The movie production was in the hands of Hemandra Aran. The movie was a great success, and the story of the film was based on a true incident. The film had actors like R. Yadav, Y. Sharma, R. Tandon, and A. Anand. Anand Milind was the music director for ‘Yeh Khula Asma’. This film really gave a boost to her film making career.

Gitanjali is also the co-founder of the company called Meher Miracles Pvt. Ltd. She was also the winner of the K F F V Festival.
