Nishant is an Indian film director. He was born in Gondia, Nagpur. He did his graduation in engineering and a master’s in mass communication from Symbiosis College, Pune. He specialized in Audio-Visual communication. He worked in Zee Media entertainment for three years and directed shows like Fear files, Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. Later, he shifted to Zee studios, where he produced Marathi films like ‘Killa (2014),’ ‘Fandry (2013),’ ‘Elizabeth Ekadashi (2014),’ and ‘Sairat (2016).’ Not only in directing and producing but also he is passionate about acting and costume designing. Independently, in 2015, he directed the film ‘Daaravtha,’ which won National Award for Best Debut Film Director.
