Sanjeev Sarathie is a Hindi poet, writer, and Lyricist. He wrote several Hindi songs, poems, and screenplays. He was born in a Malayalee family in Kerala. His upbringing was in Delhi which is the reason he is more familiar with Hindi better than MalayalamHe made himself an expert in Hindi language and Literature. He was part of radioplaybackindia.com which is a leading podcasting Hindi blog. Here he worked with former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. He wrote songs for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao movement. Bekhud is Sanjeev's other famous song. This is a romantic song with an Arabic feel.

His lyrics writing journey is so long. He interacts with national and international composers virtually. He started creating music through online jamming. His first zero-budget album Pahla Sur was released in 2008. The album contains nine songs and the whole process was done through online jamming. This was an experimental project but when it was released at the World Book Fair it became the second-largest sold product of the event. Sanjeev wrote six songs for that album. He is also known for Dam999 (2011), Foreign Flame (2020) and Rang (2017). The album Suno Kahani is compiled with 15 stories of grethe at Munshi Panchanad. Beat of Indian Youth is his other album which includes 13 songs in 9 different languages. The album was released in 2013. His song Druzba was featured in Moscow's Indo-Russian Friendship Festival. Ek Pal Ki Umar Le Kar, an anthology of poems, published by Heavenly Baby Books. Apart from lyrics he wrote various screenplays. He also hosted the Ek Mulakat Zaruri Hai programme. Though he is physically disabled he pursues a satisfying life journey as he doesn't believe that this is his weakness. He is also a father of two children. He is an example of those who think that physical disability is the end of life. Everyone can achieve their dream life journey.
