Tarun is a prominent Athlete, Actor, Professional Bodybuilder, and Model from Delhi. He has won the prestigious title of Mr. Pan Pacific at the recent Pan Pacific Proam International 2017 and is the only Indian to win this honor. Starting your journey to prove yourself is the big motivation in itself, and that’s how his journey begins. He was bullied a lot in school, and hence he decided to go for bodybuilding. Coming from a middle-class family and getting their support in something like this is a huge struggle.

Continuing with bodybuilding was not easy for him due to the thriving prices of proteins, equipment, and everything. Later, he decided to start coaching in the gym, earning and investing all that money in his body. He kicked off his journey by working hard day by day and still did not give up. All his achievements have made him what he is today. His credit list is worth to be manifested, which comprises many awards and titles. He received over ten international titles and is a medallist at events conducted by International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, accompanied by titles Mr. World 2015 and 2016 and Mr. Universe 2016. He has been Mr. World five times, Mr. Galaxy in Europe, Mr. Kuwait, Mr. Pan Pacific in New Zealand. All this was possible due to his consistent efforts and a strict schedule.

Dutta listed four hours of working out a day and a strict diet. He added, “Even during the off-season, I diet for ten days non-stop before indulging in a cheat day. He still wants to pursue bodybuilding as his passion and believes that much work is still done. He has given credit to his gurus and parents for his massive success in this era and has faith that he has a long way to go. He has set an example for all youngsters/dreamers looking to pursue their dreams.
