Kritika Goel

Kritika Goel is an Indian YouTuber, lifestyle, and travel vlogger based in Tamil Nadu. She was born on 26 February 1994 in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. She completed her schooling from Shrishti Vidyashram School in 2010. Then, she moved to Delhi to study Bachelor’s in Economics at Lady Shri Ram College of Women, University of Delhi. In 2014, she studied Postgraduate Diploma program in Marketing and Advertisement at Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai. Kritika’s family lives in Tamil Nadu.

Her father’s name is Mr. Ramesh Sharad Kumar, who did a B.E. in Engineering from Anna University. He also has a YouTube Channel, ‘Investing with Sharad.’ Her mother’s name is Anupama Goel, and she went to Mater De Convent School in New Delhi and also completed her graduation from Lady Shri Ram College. Her parents married on 20 February 1992. Kritika also has a younger brother, named Vikram Goel.

Kritika started her career in June 2012 and worked as a summer research intern at Bharti AXA General Insurance in Bengaluru, India where she worked on an Individual research project on the Motor Insurance Industry. In 2013, she started working as a financial analyst at TresVista Financial Services, Mumbai. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Kritika got involved with Lowe Lintas and Partners, Bengaluru, as the accounts executive and client servicing manager.

She handled all aspects of brands, such as Myntra.com, Fastrack, Ozone Group, and Vero Moda from the agency’s side and its initial exploratory stage to campaign execution, and served as client services liaison to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all artwork and other deliverables. In Nov 2014, she worked as an intern for Ogilvy & Mather and handled brand strategy and category analysis for a sub-brand of TBZ Jewellers, Nutrela, and Mondelez in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She began to work as an account executive at BC Web Wise, Mumbai and collaborated with reputed brands like Pond’s, Hero Moto Corp, ICICI Direct, HUL, Kokuyo Camlin, and Pidilite from 2015 to 2016. In August 2016, Kritika became the product marketing manager at Kokuyo Camlin Ltd, Mumbai.

In 2017, Kritika decided to pursue YouTube vlogging. She makes travel and lifestyle vlogs covering different destinations around the world, working with various brands, tourism boards, and travel companies. She started with domestic trips to various cities within India, such as Varanasi, Goa, and Kerala. Then, she started making international vlogs and toured the countries like Thailand and Vietnam.

Her favorite domestic road trip across India was a two-week road trip around Ladakh, where she traveled to a lot of offbeat spots, such as a village named Tingmosgang, where she spent a couple of nights. Another memorable road trip for Kritika was around Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. So far, she has traveled more than twenty countries and is one of the earliest women travelers in India. She has millions of subscribers on her YouTube channel and her videos get millions of views on YouTube.
