Tapaas Chakravarti

With over 25 years of international corporate management and sales experience, Tapaas Chakravarti has contributed to his company, DQ Entertainment Group. Tapaas is a science graduate with a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management and over 25 years of experience in national and multinational enterprises. Tapaas values individual performance as part of a close-knit team and unwavering support for ethical business practices. This brought the development of the staff at DQE, which resulted in high-quality business, operational, and creative leaders driving the company's outstanding growth.

He is a member of various national and international philanthropic organizations, including AGAPE in India and Figli Del Mondo in Italy, which conduct considerable work for orphans, AIDS-affected children, and disadvantaged children. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the Board of the Indo-British Partnership. HMA named Tapaas Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 and the distinguished 'Movers and Shakers' award in 2009 for his pioneering contribution to the entertainment business at the 6th Annual 24 FPS Animation Awards. He was recently elected to the EMMY - The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles, California.
