Though he started his career as a comedian he established himself as a dynamic character artist. He acted with many of the top heroes in Tollywood. His role in Mahatma brought him Nandi Award for best supporting actor. His notable performances can be seen in Shock, Siva, etc., He acted as friend of Nagarjuna in Siva movie. He usually appears with bald head. He says that his pure bald head resembles his pure heart. He played villain roles in the movies Mangala, etc., He wants to try his fate as a producer in future.
