I am quite fluent in Tamil, and can read my lines with ease. The difficulty takes effect because I pronounce words with an accent and this is something I consciously have to sort of, undo, for movie dialogues. But thankfully, I have been playing a foreigner in most of the movies, so the accent only adds to the authenticity of the character.
