Rajkamal is making his debut as a hero through “Sandikuthirai.” Anbumathi, who has experience in the TV industry for almost 15 years, is directing the film. Anbumathi has written 25 books and 350 short stories. Anbumathi is making his film debut with a different subject. The film is set in the backdrop of a village. It revolves around the mobile phones that create dangers through the selfie poses by the youngsters. Although mobile phones are the good mode of communication, when it reaches a wrong hand, it becomes a tool of crime that scrubs off the reputation of an individual. Rajkamal plays a rough and tough village guy who makes terracotta horses. After conducting audition, the director has chosen Manasa, a Kochi girl as the female lead. Manasa has completed her education in Dubai and now she is playing a village belle.
