The censor officials stated that they haven’t yet handed over the censor certificate to them. Unless they bring the No Objection certificate from AWBI, they won't hand over the censor certificate to Mersal makers. It is heard that the film team has been trying to get the NOC from AWBI. It is heard that the AWBI will handle the NOC regarding the films only on Wednesday. Diwali is on Wednesday and it is a holiday for AWBI.
