2024 hasn’t been a sweet year for Telugu cinema. Despite multiple films that hit the silver screen within the first few months, the Telugu box office has been mostly dry.
Except for ‘Hanu Man’, and to an extent ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’, none of the films have even managed to hit the break-even point, forget earning the tag of a simple HIT. Even the latest releases like ‘Siddharth Roy’ and ‘Sundaram Master’ have not made enough to save the reputation of Telugu cinema.
