Simultaneously, she did two short films, ‘Abbie Down East’ in 2002 and ‘Bun Bun’ in 2003. Later in 2008, she played the role of Louise Brook in the CBS TV series Gary Unmarried. Her family moved to Los Angeles when she was 12, and she attended the Notre Dame High School there. In 2017, she starred in the HBO series ‘Big Little Lies’, based on the novel of Liane Moriarty. She also played lead roles in the films, ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing’, ‘Missouri’, ‘Ben is Back’, and ‘Pokémon Detective Pikachu’.
