He is famous for his work on the television series "Dawson's Creek", "Everwood", "Political Animals", "Arrow", "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow". He was born on 24th May 1972 in Rye, New York. He Graduated BA in Theater from Northwestern University in 1994. After graduation, Berlanti joined the WB family and started his career as a writer-producer on "Dawson's Creek". His series as "Everwood" and "Jack & Bobby" were the WB's most critically acclaimed dramas done by him. Few of the minor characters on "Everwood" have the names of his friends and teachers. Berlanti had written and produced many TV Series, one of them is the ABC legal drama "Eli Stone," for which he got nominated for a WGA award. He also created and produced the USA Network mini-series,"Political Animals", for which he nominated for the WGA, DGA, and Golden Globe award.

Samuel Wells in the movie “Top Gun.” He starred as Josh Tager in a story of people that made their way in music industry with John Cusack in the movie “Tapeheads.” He continuously bagged different roles in movies throughout the end of the decade.
