Shriya Saran, the timeless beauty, is a much loved actor of the South Indian film industry who’s been reigning the world of cinema from nearly a decade. She’s acted in nearly 70 films in the languages of Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English and Hindi and won a host of prestigious awards in all of her career.
A trained and expert traditional dancer, Shriya Saran was noticed in one of her dance videos and for the beauty that she was, movie offers came her way. Ishtam, the telugu film produced by Ramoji Rao was the first that she acted in and although the film didn’t really fare all that well, she was noticed. Tabu is a wonderful gift to the Indian cinema. She is a good performer in Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali and Telugu films. Tabu was born in Hyderabad to Rizwana and Jamal Hashmi. Her first Tamil movie was Kaadhal Desam in which Abbas made his debut. Consecutively she got good roles in Snehithiye and Kandukonden Kandukonden, the blockbuster Tamil movies. Snehithiye was led by Jyotika, in which Tabu had a great role as a Police Officer. She has done justice to the role given to her. Similarly, in Kandukonden Kandukonden, she performed extremely well with Ajith Kumar, Mammooty and Aishwarya Rai. In 2001, she acted in the Hindi film Chandni Bar, which acclaimed her the Best Actress and won the National Award for her. She is one among the few actresses who got the National Award for more than once. Her latest movie was Haider, in which she got the best supporting actress award from the Film Fare....
