Vijay Kumar Dogra has worked in the Hindi film industry as a supporting actor for many years. In the thriller drama Bollywood movie Talvar which released in 2015, directed by Meghna Gulzar, and produced by Vishal Bharadwaj, Vineet Jain, Rekha Bharadwaj, Visesh Agarwal, Priti Sahani, and Honey Trehan; Vijay Dogra played the role of Kanhaiya’s brother in law. In 2016 Vijay Kumar Digra was again a part of the blockbuster movie MS Dhoni- The Untold Story, written and directed by Neeraj Pandey, produced by Arun Pandey and Vineet Joshi. The story is a biopic of the former Indian Cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Vijay played the role of railway team selector in the movie.
