ANALYSIS:

The director, Abhishek Chaubey, shows the shiny part of his direction, and conveys a message that he is here to stay in Bollywood for a long time. He took his job very sincerely and did justice with this film. His direction also got proper support from the actors. The film has a great plot, and has very well executed screenplay and direction. The film looks classy and sexy at the same time.

STAR PERFORMANCES:

All the actors made a great effort to do justice to their character, and they succeed in their mission. Naseeruddin Shah did an effortless performance; he did a great performance as an old man who is in love. Vidya Balan looks amazing as always, her character needs to be clever as well as selfish with a good heart, and she looked just like her character. Arshad Warshi did a very nice job with his character; he looked cheap, and creepy as his director wanted. Other actors, including Salman Shahid and Adil Hussain, did ultimate acting even in very small roles.

WHAT’S THERE?

The film has amazing direction and great star performance. WHAT’S NOT THERE?

The film has very weak editing parts, and especially in the second half, the film looks a little long. The cinematography of the film by Mohana Krishna looks okay.

VERDICT:

The film has a brilliant plot, screenplay, direction, and performance, which makes it worth a watch, at least once. Also, if you like dark comedy kind of films, then this is best for you.
