Farah Khan is an Indian film actress, producer, director and a choreographer. She was born on January 9, 1965 in Mumbai, India. She is the daughter of Menaka, sister of screenwriter and actress, Honey Irani and Daisy Irani. She is also the sister of film actor and comedian Sajid Khan and the cousin of film personalities Zoya Akhtar and Farhan Akhtar. Farah was married to Shirish Kunder, a film writer, producer, director, composer and the editor of her directorial film Main Hoon Na in 2004. The two have worked together in films like Jaan-E-Mann, Tees Maar Khan and Om Shanti Om. She gave birth to triplets, composing of one boy and two girls in year 2008. 

She studied Sociology in Mumbai’s St. Xavier College. During this time, Michael Jackson’s Thriller was being telecasted. Farah, though she had not tried dancing before, got inspired and became her vocation. Basically, she just learned how to dance by herself and started her own dance group. She took over to choreographer Saroj Khan, when he walked out of the sports drama film, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar in 1992. After this, she started to choreographed dance routines for more than 100 songs in several Hindi films. Farah has worked in international projects like the 2007 romantic musical comedy film, Marigold: An Adventure in India, the 2001 film Monsoon Wedding and the 2005 Chinese film, Perhaps Love. Her choreography in Monsoon Wedding, Vanity Fair and Bombay Dreams gained her nominations at the Tony Awards as Best Choreographer in 2004. She already won five times at the Filmfare Awards for the same category. In year 2012, Farah has choreographed the songs Radha and Ishq Wala Love for the film Student of the Year and Jumping Jhapak in 2013. 

Farah is a good friend of Shah Rukh Khan, whom she met during the set of the 1994 Bollywood film Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and since then, they started to work together in several projects. Farah, soon became a director as well and her first film Main Hoon Na stars Shah Rukh Khan, produced under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. She was the first female director to be nominated at the Filmfare for Best Director. Her second film, Om Shanti Om also stars Shah Rukh Khan and the debutant actress, Deepika Padukone. This film became a top grosser of all time after it was released. In 2010, her third directorial venture Tees Maar Khan stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. She made her acting debut inn year 2012 after doing the lead role in Bela Bhansali Sehgal’s Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi. 

She also trained the famous Columbian pop star Shakira for her song Hips Don’t Lie, Bollywood version, for MTV Music Video Awards in 2006 and Kylie Minogue in Chiggy Wiggy for Anthony D’Souza’s Blue in 2009. In the same year, she hosted the celebrity chat show entitled Tere Mere Beach Mein, which was aired on Star Plus. She also judged reality television shows like the first and second seasons of Indian Idol, Jo Jeeta Wohi Super Star, Dance India Dance Li’l Masters and Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega. In 2011, Farah, along with Hrithik Roshan and Vaibhavi Merchant judged the dance reality series Just Dance on Star Plus. She also hosted the special series of the reality show Bigg Boss Halla Bol in 2013. 

In honor of Farah’s triplets, she and her husband started the Three’s Company, a production house in India.

In 1977, he did his graduation in commerce from Christ Church College, Kanpur. In 1970, he started singing on stage. He learned and developed his singing style by listening to Kishore Kumar’s songs. In 1981, he went to Mumbai to get a degree in chartered accountancy, but his passion towards music was very strong, therefore he started his singing career.

Sonu Nigam is a renowned Bollywood singer and composer. He was born on July 30, 1973 in Faridabad, Haryana. Hailing from a musical background, both his parents are singers. He is the son of singer Agam Kumar Nigam. The first performance he gave was at the tender age of 3 when he performed the song Kya Hua Tera Wada by Mohammed Rafi. Besides singing Hindi songs he has recorded songs in Kannada, Assamese, Oriya, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, Nepali and Marathi languages. He is amongst the top Playback singers in Bollywood and has also released a few individual pop albums. Nigam moved to Mumbai at the age of 19, to start a career in Bollywood as a singer. In 1999 he released his debut album Deewana, he also sang the title track for the movie Kal Ho Na Ho. As an individual composer he has worked on movies like Singh Saab The Great, Sooper Se Ooper and Jal. Nigam has contributed in Britney Spears track I Wanna Go, and has also released a track in the album The Beat of Our Hearts as a tribute to Michael Jacskon. In his small acting career he has acted in films like Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahaani, Love In Nepal and Kaash Aap Humaare Hote. Nigam is married to Madhurima and also had a son named Neevan.

Shirish Kunder is an Indian Film producer, director, writer, editor and composer. He was born on 24th of May 1973 in Mangalore. He lives in Mumbai and also grew up here. He completed his Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Karnataka. He also studied Advanced Screenwriting from the University of Southern California. 

After that he was working for Motorola for some time. Shirish later started his career into films. He started off with editing for movies. His editorial debut was Champion. However he got his share of appreciation and fame for editing Main Hoon Na, a Farah Khan film in 2004. He edited about 20 films in all and then made a move to directing. The movie Jaan-E-Mann was his debut film as a director. The film had actors like Salman AKA Bhaijaan, the Khiladi of B-Town Akshay and the Dimple queen Preity in the leading roles. The film released in October 2006. He wrote, edited and also composed for the film. The film got acclamation and appreciation from critics for its innovative style of direction but was average on the box office.

He then went on to produce Tees Maar Khan. Shirish wrote the film, composed the score for the film and also edited it. The film came out on 24th of December 2010. The movie did not turn out to be successful commercially.

His next film as a director was Joker. The film starred Akshay Kumar once again in the lead role opposite to Sonakshi and also had Shreyas Talpade in a major role. Joker released on 31st of August 2012. This multitalented man again had written the script, produced the movie and also edited it. He also composed for the film. The film had a different and fresh story but it did not worked well commercially, as it was not something that Indian audience expects in a movie.

Parikshit Lalvani is a famous Indian sound editor, sound designer, DJ and the CEO of Creative Sound Design with an experience of more than 16 years. Parikshit was born on 27th August, 1977 in Juhu , Mumbai. He started his career as an engineer by taking a degree in Digital Electronics and working at PACE Communications.

He has produced many hit films including Kal Ho Na Ho, Wake Up Sid and I Hate Love Stories. Karan Johar has also acted in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, apart from his assistant direction. He has also performed as a costume designed for the popular celebrities like Sharukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan. Koffee With Karan was the popular show hosted by Karan Johar, which made him popular among the TV audience. This program got aired for four seasons till 2014. Amit Sharma is an Indian movie, short films and commercial advertisements director. He along with two other partners runs Chrome pictures. He first came into limelight from his very famous Google reunion advert. It featured childhood friends divided and sent apart following the partition between India and Pakistan. It had a very intense impact on both the countries. Within two days of its release, the video was seen by over 1.6 million peoples. The advert was mainly to show how important Google search engine can be in real life. The advert went completely viral. And from here, Amit Sharma, the director’s career started. After this, he directed The Silent National Anthem. This advert was released by Big Cinemas and Mudra Group on 61st Indian Independence Day.

Boman Irani is a well known name today in the Bollywood industry with a strong audience support for his studied comic roles tinged with traces of villainy in many cases. The next movie he starred in was ‘Rocky: The Rebel’ released, the movie did not do well at the box office but the music was quite appreciated. He was a part of lot other movies like ‘Cash’ and ‘Speed’ in 2007 through which he got an opportunity to work in multi starrer movies. In 2008, he performed in ‘Mission Istanbul’ and then ‘Yuvraj’ which also starred Salman Khan. But none of these movies managed to do as well as his first one. 

This young star got married to his childhood sweetheart Malaika Parekh on 20th November 2005. He said he has proposed her thrice and gave her three rings. This cute couple had their first child called Zidaan in 2008 and their second son Aariz in 2011. Even though he was a chain smoker, he later quit this habit for his son. Way to go Mr. Khan!

Bharat Shah is a Bollywood film distributer, producer, and diamond merchant. He holds the banner of VIP films to finance films. He has produced many big movies of Bollywood which includes Devdas that released in 2002 and casted actors Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit, Dil Se that released in 1998 which also starred Shahrukh Khan and amongst others were Manisha Koirala and Preity Zinta, Rascals that released in 2011 and starred Sanjay Dutt, Kangana Ranaut, and Ajay Devgan. V. Manikandan, an Indian cinematographer, was born on January 13, 1968, at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. His brother is a National Awardee Artist, V. Jeevananthan, for his book Thiraicheelai on Cinema at the National Film Award 2010. He has filled in as the cinematographer for various significant box office hits in Hindi and Tamil. He is an acclaimed advertisement film cinematographer with more than 3,000 promotion movies to his credit. He began his profession in Tamil films. His debut film was ‘Atharman’ (Tamil) in 1994. In the next two years, he worked in Tamil movies ‘Sarigamapathani’ (1995), ‘Sengottai’ (1996), and ‘Mr. Romeo’ (1996).

Suniel Shetty, a renowned Bollywood actor, was born in August, 1961 in Mulki, India. His relatives and close friends know him by the name ‘Anna’. He is an actor, producer and a TV presenter. He is well known for his action films. His first film was ‘Balwaan’ which established him as an action hero. He became popular with his film ‘Mohra’ where he played the character of Vishal in this action packed film.
