Soha Ali Khan was born into a royal family. She is the daughter of 'Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi' who is the Nawab of Pataudi and former cricketer. Her mother Sharmila Tagore is an actress and the Chair of the Indian Censor Board. She is sister of actor, Saif Ali Khan, the famous Bollywood actor and has an elder sister Saba Ali Khan who designs fashion jewelry.

Her first movie in the industry was, Iti Srikanta released in 2004. It was a Bengali movie. The first Hindi movie she did was Dil Maange More. Till now she has done 25 movies. Her film Rang De Basanti received critical acclaim and won many awards including National award for most popular film. She won the Best Supporting Actress award for the role she played in the same movie.

Prior to acting Khan obtained a Master's Degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science - majoring in International Relations. She worked with Citibank, Ford Foundation. Before stepping into the Bollywood industry, she was a fabulous model too. She has also worked with Babita Malkani who is a famous fashion designer. Her mother, Sharmila Tagore always wanted her daughter to become a lawyer and never imagined to see her as an actress.

Soha married her long-term partner Kunal Khemu on 25th January 2015 in a private ceremony. She broke the news about the two marrying on micro-blogging website Twitter, she wrote “It gives me great happiness to share with you all that Kunal proposed to me in Paris with the most perfect ring in the world and I said yes”. Soha loves painting, reading graphic novels, yoga and follows a healthy lifestyle. She also hosted a show on TV, Godrej Khelo Jeeto Jiyo.

The Padma Shri award winner who shot to fame with his role in the 1986 blockbuster film ‘Naam’, which told the story of a poor family that struggled to make ends meet, was born on 30th May 1950 in Mumbai. He completed his graduation from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Paresh Rawal is also into politics and won the parliament election from Ahmedabad East constituency to become the Member of Parliament for BJP in 2014. He is married to the 1979 Miss India and actress Swaroop Sampat and has two sons, Aditya and Aniruddh.
