Gauri Shinde is an Indian feature films and ad-films director who won the Filmfare award 2013 for her debut feature film English Vinglish as best debut director.

Gauri Shinde is an Indian director and ad-maker who came to limelight after the success of her debut feature film English Vinglish which was released in the year 2012. In the same year, she was nominated in list of ‘Bollywood’s 5 Best Directors of 2012’ by Rediff. Her schooling was completed in Pune and then she came to Mumbai for her internship with Sidharth Kak. She completed her graduation from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, Pune. She has worked with Bates Clarion and IBW as an ad-film maker. She has also worked with Lowe Lintas. After that, she went to United States to further her studies.

In 2001, she made a short film titled Oh Man! This short film was selected to be premiered in the Berlin Film Festival. Her full length feature film English Vinglish was premiered in the Toronto Film Festival. During an interview, she commented that her movie English Vinglish was based on her own relationship and experienced with her mother. Her debut film got many accolades and appreciations from critics and viewers. Gauri Shinde won Filmfare Award for Best Debut Director for English Vinglish and she also got Laadli National Media Awards for Gender Sensitivity. Along with that, she also won Zee Cine Awards, Max Stardust Award, Star Guild Award, and Toifa Awards 2013 as best debut director of a feature film.

Akshara Haasan is an eminent Indian screenwriter, assistant director, and actress, known for working in Bollywood and Tamil films. She was born on October 12, 1991, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Akshara is the daughter of the legendary Indian film actor, producer, and director, Kamal Haasan who founded the film production and distribution company, Raaj Kamal Films International. Her mother, Sarika Thakur is also a film actress and Indian actress and singer, Shruti Haasan is her sister. Her parents got divorced in the year 2004. Akshara’s mother came from a Marathi and Rajput lineage while her father is Tamil. She studied at Chennai and later attended Indus International School in Bangalore. She also studied music and filmmaking. She is now living with her mother, Sarika in Mumbai.

He finished his B.Com from Mumbai University of Mumbai and went on to attain a Master's degree in Management Studies from S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research India. Before Grey Group India in July 2014, Sunil has been a board member of the News Broadcasters Association, president of Eros International, chairman and MD of Times Television Network and also a general manager at MTV-India.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant & manages his money through his firm, Rare Enterprises. He was brought up in Mumbai where his Father was posted as an Income Tax Officer.

Abhishek Bachchan, or Abhishek Srivastava, is a very well known famous celebrity in the Indian film industry. He is the son of Bollywood’s biggest iconic stars, Amitabh Bachchan, who made more than 100 films in his acting career and won over 30 awards. Abhishek is also known by the name Junior B. He was born on February 5th, 1976, in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Amitabh Bachchan was born on October 11, 1942 in Allahabad, India. Bachchan's father was a prestigious Hindi poet Dr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan and his mother, Teji Bachchan, was a Sikh socialite. Being his parents’ first born, he has a junior male sibling resembling to his name Ajitabh. Bachchan went to Sherwood College before enlisting in Delhi University to complete his B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree. He became a cargo dealer in Calcutta after completing his graduation. Amitabh Bachchan married to Jaya Bhaduri and has one son named Abhishek and one daughter named Shweta. Bachchan's father passed on in 2003 and his mother in 2007.

In 1969, Bachchan made his film debut in Saat Hindustani a film administered by Khwaja Ahmad Abbas which won him the National Film Award for Best Newcomer. By the early 1970s, Bachchan had collected fame in crowds as the "Angry Young Man" in an arrangement of successful Hindi gimmick movies. His featuring part in Zanjeer was especially instrumental in propelling him to fame as an action-movie film legend. Amitabh didn’t stopped gaining fame and popularity and soon he delivered another successful movie Anand in 1971. Anand was followed by movies like Reshma Aur Shera and Parwana in the same year.

Being family friend with Rajiv Gandhi, he got an opportunity to choose to run for seat in the Congress from the place where he grew up. He challenged Allahabad's seat of eighth Lok Sabha against H. N. Bahuguna, previous Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and won by one of the highest victory margins in history (68.2% of the vote). His political life, on the other hand, was fleeting in view of debates especially after Rajiv and he were embroiled in the now scandalous "Bofors" case alongside the U.K. based Hinduja Brothers.

In 1997, Bachchan endeavored to make his acting comeback with the film Mrityudata, produced by ABCL. However, the film was a disappointment both fiscally and basically. His vocation was spared with a successful film “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998)”. In 2000, Bachchan facilitated the first season of “Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC)”. Likewise in that year Amitabh Bachchan showed up in Yash Chopra's film industry hit “Mohabbatein” directed by Aditya Chopra. Different hits emulated, with Bachchan showing up as a more established family patriarch in Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love (2001), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001) and Baghban (2003). Bachchan is also well known for his profound, baritone voice. He has been a storyteller, a playback artist, and moderator for various projects.

Despite a couple of film industry disappointments in the 1990s and the 2000s ruined his career yet, Bachchan climbed his way back up to as a topnotch Bollywood actor, gaining Filmfare and International Film Awards for his work on movies like Baghban (2003), Khakee (2004) and Paa (2009). His hard work guaranteed his prosperity and now he is known as the "King of Bollywood".

This lanky superstar Dhanush is an actor from Tamil cinema but has appeared in two Hindi films too. He credits R Balki and Anand L Rai for making him consider acting in Hindi films (‘Shamitaabh’ and ‘Raanjhana’). In the year 2011-12, his song  “Why This Kolaveri Di’’ continued to rise on the charts and gain millions of viewers on YouTube. Dhanush happens to be the youngest actor to receive the national film award for his performance in “Aadukalam”. 

Balki (popularity known as R.Balakrishnan), an Indian screenwriter, filmmaker, and Chief Creative Officer of Lowe Lintas (advertising agency) was born in Bangalore, Karnataka. Balakrishnan got married in 2007 to Gauri Shinde film director of highly acclaimed ‘English Vinglish’ (2012).
