Ronica Singh is an actress who works predominantly in the Bollywood Industry. She was born on the 17th of November 1993 at Punjab. She hailed from Chandigarh and did her schooling at St. Xavier’s Senior Secondary School and began her career as a model. Her debut was in the year 2015 with the movie named Ramta Jogi.

Deepak Samidurai is an Indian producer who has predominantly worked for the Kollywood entertainment industry. Deepak Samidurai passed away in the year 2021. Gimmick, a 2019 remake film of Dhillukku Dhuddu in the Kannada language, starring Ganesh, Ronica Singh, Guru Dutt, and Mandya Ramesh and directed by B Naganna, is one of Deepak Samidurai's best-known works, which was produced under the banner of Samy Pictures and was financed by Deepak Samidurai, with the music composed by Arjun Janya. Deepak served as a distributor for Southside Studio and Samy Pictures as well.

Arjun Janya is an Indian singer and music composer. In 2006, he made his debut in the industry with Kannada movie Autograph Please starring Dilip Raj and Sanjjanaa. In the south film industry, he is a score director and composer of high demand. The movies for which he composes music have done well on box-office in past. He is known for music in Sanchari and Singam. He was born on May 13, 1980, in Bengaluru, Karnataka to Anusuya and Ashwath Kumar. He learnt music from James and thinks of AR Rahman as his inspiration. It is said that a meeting between him and AR Rahman changed him and converted him into what he is today.

Manasa Holla is an Indian-Singer.He primarily works in the Kannada Film Industry. He is thinking of working in other film industries which include Tamil Film Industry, Hindi Film Industry, Malayalam Film Industry, and Telugu Film Industry. He believes in becoming a multi-tasking person, so he is exploring more in the media industry.

Suresh Urs is an Indian movie editor, who works mainly in the South Indian cinema. He has worked in over 700 movies and 40 documentaries and TV shows. Suresh is mostly known for his collaboration with directors like Mani Ratnam, Girish Ratnad, Shankar Nag, T. S. Nagabharana, P. Vasu, Bala, Girish Kasarvalli, Saran and Baraguru Ramachandrappa. Suresh got the National Film Award for Best Editing work in movie Bombay (1995).

Ganesh is an Indian actor and a producer who predominantly works in the Kannada Film Industry. He came to fame by anchoring a show called “Comedy Time” which was aired on Udaya Channel. He acted in the movie “Mungaru Male” which made him an instant superstar in the Kannada film industry. Born in Adakamaranahalli, to Kishan and Sulochna, Ganesh is the eldest son in his family. He has two brothers: Mahesh and Umesh.

Born on 9th July 1925, Guru Dutt was an Indian actor, producer and director. His original name is Vasanth Kumar Shivashankar Padukone. Pyaasa, Sahib Biwi aur Ghulam, Kaagaz ke Phool and Chaudvin Ka Chand were some of his memorable films. In fact, Kaagaz ke Phool and Pyaasa are considered as best films of all time by a leading magazine (Kaagaz Ke Phool was a flop and Guru Dutt who worked very hard for it gave up direction ever since). Guru Dutt is included in the list of all-time best film directors. Also, CNN credited him as one of the top 25 Asian actors during the year 2010. 

Artistic films are Guru Dutt’s forte. Most of the works that he did during the later stages had a passionate fan base. When his films are released again in theaters, they receive good response even in foreign countries. 

Since Guru Dutt was influenced by the Bengali culture, he added the surname Dutt. Though Bengali is not his mother tongue, he became fluent in it. Guru Dutt started his career as a telephone operator, but he was not interested in the same. Later he worked under a contract with Prabhat Film Company and Studio in Pune and this is where, he got the life-long friendship of Dev Anand and Rehman. 

Guru Dutt started his acting career in a minute role in the film Chand (1944) where he enacted the role of Shri Krishna. Later he worked as assistant director and choreographer in few films. When Guru Dutt was unemployed for some time he developed a passion for writing and wrote “Pyaasa”. 

The film “Baazi” which starred Dev Anand and directed by Guru Dutt was a hit and considered to be a trend setter for forthcoming crime movies. Dutt took up acting with the film Baaz in which he acted as well as directed. But this film was an average grosser and Guru Dutt came to limelight only with the film Aar-Paar in 1954. After quitting direction Dutt didn’t forsake production and acting. 

Gurudutt may have worked only in 50 films, but his films are still viewed with regard for their artistic flavor. There is no doubt that Guru Dutt is a genius, but his death is indeed a tragedy since he reportedly died of overdose of pills, at the age of 39. Though Guru Dutt died very early, he would always be considered as one of the greatest icons of Indian cinema.

Ramesh is an actor and director, goes by the name Mandya Ramesh in the industry. Ramesh was born in Mandya to Subrahmanya and Nagalakshmamma.

He was interested in theatre and acting since he was a kid and entered theatre in 1982 with Mandya theatre group called Geleyara Balaga under the direction of Ashok B. He has more than 25 years experience in the field of acting in theatre, small screen and films.

He has worked with big names like B V Karanth, Prasanna, K V Subbanna, K V Akshara and some senior theatre directors all over the world. His initial success was when he won the award for Best Young Director of Theatre at Samskara Bharathi Natya Samaroha at Delhi in 1983, which was within one year of his entering the field. In 1984 he graduated as the best student of Neenasam School of Drama, with a degree in BSc.

Under the leadership of B V Karanth, he was selected as an actor for Rangayana of Mysore in 1989 and worked with him for more than 8 years. This was the time, when he toured New York and other states of America in 1993 to perform Kannada version of Greek Play Hipolitus. In 1996, he also played Kannada version of Shakespeare’s Mid Summer Night Dreams in Germany and Austria.

His vast experience in theatre brought him many offers from the Sandalwood. He made his debut with the super hit film Janumada Jodi, starring Shivanna, produced by Dr Raj Kumar and directed by Nagabharana. He went on to act in more than 100 films in his long career and also worked in many TV serials. He is known to his fans as an actor with funny bones.

His hit movies include but not limited to Nagamandala, Kanasugara, Colours, Maathad Maathad Mallige, and Mussanje Maathu. He founded and heads the Mysore chapter of National School of Drama. His contribution to all three fields theatre, films and television is very valuable.

Vijay Chendur is an Indian film actor, best known for supporting and comedic roles. He works primarily in Kannada cinema. Vijay began his career in 2012. He started his career as a comic role. He made his debut with Lucky, a romantic comedy. His next movie was 6-5=2, a horror thriller which won him critical praise. In 2016, he featured in Karvva, which earned him an IIFA Utsavam Award nomination for Best Performance In A Comic Role that year.
