Manvitha Harish is a radio- jockey turned actress in Sandalwood. She made her debut in the film ‘Kendasampige' opposite Vicky (Santhosh). Her real name was Shwetha before she got her break in films. She too had changed her name with this film like her co-actor Vicky. Though, she had no godfather in the film industry, it could be just her destiny which pulled her to the film world. However, she attributes her entry into the film world due to her popularity she gained as a radio jockey. She took her personal level of contact to the film industry as a radio jockey star . She was recommended to the film cast of ‘Kendasampige’ by one of her colleagues. She took the audition and got selected in the film. Actually, director Soori was on a lookout for a girl, who would fit the character. 

She was a girl, who knew every place in Karnataka thoroughly, and was well-versed with the language of the region. She also could drive car, which was an integral part of the movie and she had a modern girl image, who would fit into the character of a rich girl, which she had to portray in the film. This was her advantage as she also could speak Kannada language of every district with different tones. All these qualities were the plus point to get the offer. She recalls that she has never undergone any training in acting, but she was a movie buff. She used to stand before the mirror and perform some scenes of any movie that she had watched always. This kind of formal self-training had made her a spontaneous artiste to perform the audition properly and she had got selected. She explains that her work in the film 'Kendasampige’, had given her scope to learn the basics of working before the camera in a professional manner. She considers actress Radhika Pandit as her real inspiration. She looks forward to various kinds of roles in the future and would be very keen to even act, in other languages too. Her flamboyant and ultra-modern look already have captivated the audiences and she is happy that she was given a chance to act in this new film. As a new comer, she only hopes to score in films hereafter. Let us see what she can do in film world hereafter.

Chandrashekhar Bandiyappa is an Indian Film Director. He worked in the Kannada Film Industry. His nicknamed are Chandru, CSB, and Shekhar. He was born in Mandya, Karnataka. He is currently living in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is married to Pooja A. V. They have a daughter whose name is Bhoomi. B. Gowda. Chandrashekhar started his career as a Director with the Kannada Film named Aane Pataaki. The film released on the 17th of May in the year 2013. The story of this film revolves around a naïve guy who dreams of being an actor. He comes to the city to fulfill his dreams. He accidentally gets invited to a big producer’s party.

Born in Bangalore, Karnataka, Dharmendra Vishakantaiahis an Indian music producer, composer, and songwriter. He has created music for Indian movies in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada language. At the age of 8, he began his musical training from Pandith Sri Hemanth Kumar.

Jayanth Gourish Kaikini is an Indian Lyricist, Story Teller and Poet working in Kannada Cinema and Kannada Literature. Jayanth was born on the 24th of January 1955 in Gokarna, Uttara Kannada, Karnataka State, India. Jayanth was born to Gourish Kaikini, a Kannada litterateur and Shanta, a school teacher, and a social worker. After a masters in Biochemistry which he attained from Karnataka University, Dharwad, Kaikini moved to Mumbai where he was working as a Chemist. He is now living in Bangalore with his wife and two children. Jayanth is regarded as one of the most prominent writers in Kannada today. He writes film scripts, poetry, and short stories.

V Nagendra Prasad is a lyricist, music director, director and an actor in the Kannada film industry. He was born on 3rd December 1975 to ‘MV Venkata Ramanappa’ and ‘Chandramma’ in Nagamangala, Karnataka. Prasad completed his schooling in Bangalore. Being passionate about literature, he chose Kannada literature in his under graduation course. To pursue his post graduation, he moved to Mysore. Nagendra is interested in writing poems from his young age. His career in cinema started as a lyric writer in 2000. His first film is “Gajina Mane”, directed by ‘KV Jayaram’. “Hamsalekha” composed the tunes for the lyrics of Nagendra. He developed his knowledge in cinema gradually. Prasad has penned the lyrics for more than thousand songs.

Yogaraj Bhat was born on 8th October, 1973 in Mandarthi, in coastal district Udupi of Karnataka. He is the 7th child of Ramachandra and Jayalakshmi Bhat. Ramachandra lost his life in a boat mishap.

Yogaraj is a famous director in Sandalwood industry. He has also tasted success as a lyricist, producer and screenwriter. He is mostly known for his 2006 hit Mungaru Male, which was written by Bhat along with Preetam Gubbi. He directed the film and wrote lyrics with others. Mungaru Male recorded the highest box office collections in Sandalwood history. His other achievements include introducing talented technicians to the industry like Pawan Kumar of Lucia, Pawan Wadeyar and many others.

His lyricist journey started with Mungaru Maleye from his film Mungaru Male and there was no looking back. He has written lyrics for more than 100 super hit songs for the films such as Gaalipata, Jackie, Junglee, Hudugaru, Paramathma, Pancharangi, Chingari, Super, Anna Bond, Crazy Loka, Shiva, Lifeu Ishtene, Johny Mera Naam, Victory and many more. He is so versatile that he can write a song like Mungaru Maleye and a fast one like Hale Paathre, showing his range of lyrical talent.

Bhat was inspired by classics like Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather, Akira Kurosawa's Ran and came to Bangalore at 22, to become a cameraman. As a newcomer, he served as an assistant to Girish Kasaravalli, Sunil Kumar Desai and many others. He was more thrilled about watching film making at close quarters than working with big names.

Bhat directed a TV serial, before making his first film. But it took him 8 years, before a producer could back him independently. His first movie was Mani and that showed memorable performances by Rangayana Raghu and veteran actress Umashree, both won State awards for their roles in the movie. Then he directed Ranga SSLC (2004) starring Sudeep and Ramya in the leading roles, however it did not do very well.

His next film after a long break Mungaaru Male became the biggest hit in South India, creating a record and followed by another hit, Gaalipata. He also acted in the film Dyavre for one of his assistants, which started his acting career.

Born on May 19, 1964, Murali was fitted in the “Madivala” crew. He was a South Indian film performer who showed up in the heading and supporting parts in Tamil and Kannada all through his career. Murali was the child of Kannada chief “S.Siddalingaiah” and began acting in Kannada movies in 1984. Murali has acted with numerous stars such as "Vijaykanth," Prabhu Deva, "Sathyaraj," Karthik and many more. In the 1990s, he additionally acted with well known champions of the industry such as Meena Durairaj, "Simran" and "Roja." His child, Adharvaa, appeared as a performer in the 2010 Tamil film “Baana Kaathadi”. In 1984, Murali was first seen in the Kannada film "Prema Parva", which was administrated by chief Siddhalingaiah. Sambhavami Yuge, Ajay-Vijay etc. are the Kannada motion pictures he did prior to his appearing in the Tamil films. He made his entrance with Poovilangu in Tamil movies. KM Prakash is an Indian editor of films. He was born in the city of Bangaluru, located in Karnataka, India. He has worked in industries like Sandalwood, Kollywood, and Tollywood. He works predominantly in the Kannada movie industry. He has worked in popular movies like Trivikrama, Marigold, etc. His latest film was Trivikrama which will be released in 2021. Trivikrama is a romantic movie starring Vikram Ravichandran, Akansha Sharma, and Akshara Gowda. The movie is directed by Sahana Murthy S and produced by Somanna. He is the candidate for the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Editor for the movie “Tony,” released in 2013. He made his debut in 2009 as a film editor in the film “Meghave Meghave.”

Vybhav is a renowned Indian actor who has worked in the Kannada film industry. He has completed his B.Sc. in animation. Born to Narasimhulu, a producer and theater owner, Vybhav grew up watching and learning about films. He is best known for films like See You, Appu Abimani Forever, and Taarakasura. Growing up, he watched movies almost every day and would spend his entire holidays in theatres. Vybhav, as a kid, would get very excited and incredibly thrilled during the entry of the hero in the film. Driven by a love for theater, he has never missed the first day of the first show of any film. With immense passion for movies, he made his first debut in the movie Tarakasura, directed by Chandrashekar Bandiyappa, in 2018.

Sadhu Kokila is a Kannada actor who primarily works on comedy roles. He is also a director and music composer. Rakta Kanneeru, Om and Shhh are some of the movies that he directed and also acted. The Vijay starrer Devru was also directed by him.
Born on 24th March, 1966, Sadhu Kokila, also known as Kokila Sadhu, hails from a family of musically inclined people. His father was a violinist in a music group of Karnataka Police Department. His sister and mother are singers. Layendra, Kokila’s brother, is also an actor. Kokila pursued his schooling at St. Joseph’s Indian High School in Bangalore. Kannada star Upendra provided him with the name Sadhu Kokila. 
Kokila kickstarted his career in the film industry as a musician and eventually he was referred to Kasturi Shankar, another musician. He has the reputation of being one of the swiftest keyboard players in India. Kokila has helmed direction for 12 Kannada flicks, and 6 of them were remakes. His directorial venture Anarkali was dropped midway. 
Kokila expresses that audiences and the media question whether his films are a remake or original. He had made up his mind not to endeavor in remakes. He feels that composing music requires a lot of creativity. As far as his comedy stint is concerned, he is loved by the audience. And about acting he feels that it is exciting. Sadhu Kokila has received awards for music direction twice. 
As far as remakes are concerned Kokila is of the view that there are creative limitations. But originals are enjoyable both in the sense of creativity and visualization. Sadhu Kokila along with Doddanna make a good pair for situation comedies. Kokila is compared with Johnny Lever of Bollwyood,for his comedy skills. 
On his personal front, Kokila is wedded to Saleena. They are blessed with two sons.
