Megha Sriram is a famous Indian folk singer. Her complete name is Megha Sriram Dalton. Her birthplace and hometown is Daltonganj, Jharkhand, India. She was so attached to her place that she added Dalton to her name after the name of Daltonganj. She completed her primary schooling at a local school in Daltonganj. During her childhood, she was not oriented towards music, but her mother wanted Megha to become a singer. So, she started singing at the age of 11.

Shalini Singh is an Indian actress. Born on 15 May she comes from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Shalini has worked in Bollywood and Hindi tv shows. She is currently working as Neha in the show "Ghum hai kisi ke Pyar Mein”. She completed her school at Sunbeam Public School. Shalini completed her degree of Bachelor in Pathology at the University of Mumbai in 2012.

Shruti Hassan is an Indian film actress born on 28 January 1986 to the veteran Tamil actor Kamal Hassan and Sarika. Her original birth name is Shruti Rajalakshmi Hassan. Shruti Hassan studied at Abacus in Chennai and later on moved to Mumbai to study Psychology. She has a younger sister Akshara Hassan. Shruti Hassan is well known for her singing and acting skills in kollywood, tollywood and bollywood.She entered into films as a child artist in her father’s film HEY RAM. At the age of 23 she did her first film LUCK in bollywood. She got the interest in music and finally travelled to USA to learn music. She did many films both in Tamil and Telugu and received positive reviews for her act. Shruti Hassan sang her first song at the age of six for her father’s film named Thevar Magan.She even composed music for a Tamil movie Unnaipol Oruvan.In Telugu she did many box office hit films and won Film fare award for the film Race Gurram. Shweta Mohan is a female playback singer in Indian cinema who is also the daughter of playback singer Sujatha Mohan. Like her mother, she also had sung in various languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. She was born on 19 November 1985 in Chennai.  In fact, earlier she was a bit hesitant to take up singing as her career. But as she sung, she enjoyed singing very much. Had not she been in singing, she could have opted for doing MBA and got settled other way. 

Dhanya Balakrishna is an Indian actress prominently working in the Telugu and Tamil language film industry. This Bangalore-based actress was the discovery of A. R. Murugadoss who has given supporting roles in her first few films that she had appeared. She debuted in Tamil films through the film ‘7aum Arivu’ and also played a supporting role in a bi-lingual project named 'Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi’ (Tamil) and ‘Love Failure’ (Telugu) subsequently. In her first film, she was cast with Suriya and Shruti Haasan. 

This versatile actress also acted with Daggubati Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu in a Telugu film ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ where she proposed to Mahesh Babu. The film was a hit and she established herself as an actress in Kollywood and Tollywood. At a very nascent stage in her acting career, she got into an uncalled-for controversy with Tamil Nadu viewers for a twitter remark, and she quit Kollywood then. Kabilan was born on 16th May 1977 in Pondicherry, India. He is an Indian lyricist in film and television industry, actor, and poet. Kabilan currently resides in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He acted in the movie Dasavathaaram and enacted as Assistant to Vincent Poovaragavan in the year 2008. He wrote scripts for different television shows like starting in the year 2003 in Sorgam. Madhan Karky Vairamuthu was born on March 10, 1980. He lives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He completed his education from College of Engineering, Guindy and University of Queensland. He is an Indian lyricist, software engineer, a professor, research associate, and a film dialogue writer. His parents are Vairamuthu and Ponmani; his father is a poet and a lyricist.

P Vijay (Pa Vijay) is a Tamil poet and film lyricist, who wrote the award-winning lyrics for the song’’ Ovvoru Pookalume’’ in Cheran's Autograph in Kollywood film industry. This lyricist had an extensive impact on Tamil cinema and was considered to be a gem writer of many songs that had featured in many movies. This poet and lyricist-writer were born in a middle-class family where his mother was a school teacher, and his father worked as a spinning master in a textile mill in Coimbatore. The actor was born in Coimbatore on 20 October 1974 and did his MA Literature in Tamil from Annamalai University. This poet was a discovery of director K Bhagyaraj, who was his family friend. He was associated with K. Bhagyaraj in the magazine ‘Bhagya’ and even got a chance to pen his lyrics for the film Gnanapazham, which had music by K. Bhagyaraj himself. But it was in 2004 when the film ‘Autograph’ was released, his song ’Ovvoru Pookalume"’ became an instant hit. Dr. Karunanidhi had given him the title’ Vithaga Kavignar’ and he came to be known as one of the best poets in Tamil Literature. Even poet Vali felt that Pa Vijay was part of him and claimed that he alone can be his successor in the field of cinema lyrics. Pa Vijay is still humble despite he has contributions to the literary field by writing many books. He considered Kannadasan and Vairamuthu as his role model. He also acted in lead roles in films like ‘Gnabagangal’, ‘Ilaignan ‘and ‘Thagadu Thagadu’.

Balram Iyer is a famous playback singer, well recognized by Parameswaran Balram or P Balram. Balram was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu( India). He has dominantly worked for Kollywood and Mollywood. Some of his well known tracks are: Vellai Poove, Bahut Yaad Aate Ho Tum, vaadum ullame, Paikkurumbiye Meykkum, Paarijatha Malar, Enakkoru, Anbae Enn, Oh Hoo Hoo, Muthirai Mothiram, Bhumi Aalad Maanum Aalad, Azhagumillai, and much more.He has also sung the song for Aamir Khan's Satymev Jayate, Jal Na Jaye Jal, and Matti Bole. Benny Dayal is an Indian Pop-Singer. Born in Kollam, Kerala, India on May 13, 1984. He was a member of the S5 Pop Band in India. He started as a playback singer and known to have work with various reputable composers.

He finished his studies from Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS) and took Journalism in Madras Christian College. His Indian-Pop-Electro-Rap-Reggae infused songs made him so famous and with unique quality compared to any singers. This made him one of the most loved singers by doing such mix-ups of traditional Indian music to a new-era’s songs. You’ll be so moved in listening to any of his songs.

He worked before as an Event Coordinator for RR Donnelley Printing. He also worked as an HR Executive for a BPO when he received a call and inviting him to audition for ARR Studio. He first thought that it was just a prank and ignored it for some time. He tried to call again the phone left for him to contact if he need anything and he found out that it is for real. He also reminisced that he couldn’t even create and prepare his own demo since he doesn’t even have money to produce it. He took his chances and decided to quit his job from the BPO Company and started to work as a singer. His songs were widely used different Indian Films since 2007. He received the award “RD Burman Award for New Music Talent” and “Max Stardust Awards for New Musical Sensation” in 2009. Naresh Iyer is once again a popular face, but mainly due to his singing talent. This 34 year old singer hails from Mumbai. There is no end the number of hit songs he has produced over the years. Likewise, he owns a series of awards that have been rightfully given to him. His contribution to Bollywood has been tremendous.

Born on August 24, 1987, in Trivandrum, Kerala, Suchith Suresan is a South Indian playback vocalist who is a part of Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu Industry. He is the son of K.P. Sucheeta, a resigned broker and C. Suresan, a resigned government worker and a presumed painter who centers in oil-around cavas. His sister is a musician and cousin is a mridangam artist. His father was a fan of famous artist Mohammad Rafi and brought his records home. Suchith heard the melodies often and became interested in music. He then shifted to Chennai to finish his degree at Madras Christian College in visual communications. He has a senior sibling, Dr.Surej, who plays the drums for another musical gang situated in Trivandrum called SPASM and is likewise an aide specialist in wellbeing administration department for Government of Kerala.

Vijay Prakash is an Indian playback singer and film composer. He was born in Mysore and moved to Mumbai in 1996. He worked in so many Hindi films including Blue, Yuvraaj, Swades, Kaal, Lakshya, Matrubhoomi, Tere Naam, Cheeni Kum, Raavan, and Force.

He is an ace choreographer in the Tollywood industry. Founder of IBO Dance Studio, he has also choreographed in Bollywood movie, Holiday, starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha.

Suriya Sivakumar is undoubtedly the biggest star in contemporary Tamil film yet most critics would agree that he is truly a ‘real and spontaneous’ actor who can match any character that he plays in screen. His rise in Kollywood cinema came at a time when commercial Tamil films tended to shy away from the dark themes and ambivalent morality associated with film and style. The popularity of Ghajini proved that the level of negativity that the audiences could bear. When A.R Murugadoss selected Suriya to don the role in Ghajini, he knew how it would work with mainstream audiences and was almost right. Truly, this actor had overcome his father’s shadow and moved to be one of the most talented actor, whose films got inspired by even Aamir Khan and even Ajay Devgan. Aamir Khan had showered him praise for his performance in Ghajini and wanted to re-make the same film in Hindi. The question remains still, when Aamir had over-acted in the Hindi version, Suriya had just down played the character suitably. Although Suriya was never seen in any Hindi film (except Ram Gopal Varma’s Rakht Charitra), Suriya’s name became quite popular even in Hindi belt, just because Aamir Khan was doing the Hindi version of Ghajini. Similarly, when Singham was remade for Hindi belt audiences, even Ajay Devgan got inspired to play the police role by just watching how Suriya did the same role. Suriya’s filmography shows that he avoided being typecast and yet proved that his fans would find his films “ an out and out” Suriya’s show. Suriya has made his own identity and was crowned with ‘ dashing star’ tag. The screen name Suriya was given to him by Mani Ratnam. Earlier, this actor had always tried to shy away from camera and never even dreamt to be an actor. In the beginning of his career, one could see him doing some supporting actor role with Vikram and Vijay, but he could steal the show under their nose even. Take the example of his role in Bala's Pithamagan, along with Vikram or even in Mani Ratnam's political drama Aayutha Ezhuthu along with Madhavan and Siddharth, Suriya’s best career time was when Perazhagan got released and his fans and critics applauded him for playing the first dual role in screen. May be after seeing this film, Murugadoss selected him to play the role of a patient who suffered from short-term memory loss and Suriya Sivakumar played his first role (Ghajini) of angry young man who had a rife with corruption and who was blocked off any avenues for justice. Indian cinema had seen earlier only Amitabh Bachchan and perhaps Sunil Dutt (Mother India) playing such anti-hero character so suitably. In 2006, he also had starred with his wife Jyothika( not married then) in N Krishna’ s film ‘Sillunu Oru Kaadhal', where again Suriya had done a fantastic job, He also played dual roles in ‘’Vaaranam Aayiram’’, ‘’Vel’’ ‘’Perazhagan", ", "Maatran" and "7 am Arivu’’, and "Anjaan". He is a few actors in Kollywood whose married life with actress Jyothika, remained untouched with rumour. Their love story too happened slowly when “Kaakha Kaakha” happened, and now they are married and have two kids.

Azhagam Perumal is associated with the Tamil film industry as an actor and a director. He belongs to Kulasekharapuram village of Tamil Nadu. Azhagam’s parents wished their son to become an engineer. Azhagam applied for the Adhyar Fillm Institute, situated in Chennai. His family opposed his decision. He made his parents proud by winning the Gold Medal from the Institute when he passed out in 1991. Azhagam started to work with the Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer, Mr. Mani Ratnam, as an assistant in 1991. His first movie was the Tamil Crime drama Thalapathi that was released in 1991. He worked as an assistant to Mani Ratnam till 1997, for the movie Iruvar. Azhagam also happened to debut his career in acting with Mani Ratnam’s movie Alaipayuthey that was released in 2000. 

Ashwin Kakumannu is a Tamil film actor born on 5 July 1987 in Chennai. He started his career through the movie ‘Nadunisi Naaygal’ in 2011. Ashwin is popular for his role in “Mankatha”, directed by Venkat Prabhu; the film is an action thriller. Initially, he worked on a print ad for Coke, but the ad didn’t come out. He also has worked on an Airtel ad with Swathi Reddy. Ashwin also has an impressive business card ‘Ashwin is who’ that features his pictures in different avatars. The first audition of Ashwin was for a role in the film ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa’, but it turned out to be unsuccessful for him. Later ‘Mankatha’ director Venkat Prabhu was impressed by a short film that Ashwin had acted and directed himself. Thus, he was signed to portray the role of a cop in that movie. “Mankatha,” released in August 2011 brought critical as well as commercial acclaim with Ashwin gaining the much-needed recognition among the public. Ilavarasu is the cinematographer turned actor in Tamil cinema. He was born in the year 1964 in Melur in Madurai. His original name was Ilavarasan and his cinema friends called him Ilavarasu and the name stayed with him, till now. He was popular as a cinematographer in the year 1996, with the film Panchalankurichi with Prabhu and Madhubala in the lead. In 1997, he was offered with another Prabhu movie named Periya Thambi, which was directed by Chithra Lakshmanan, who is the popular producer and character artist now.
