Harini is an Indian playback singer in south Indian cinema. Harini was born on April 30, 1979, in Chennai. She is a noted singer in Tamil cinema with a career spanning two decades. Her singing career started in 1995 with the movie, Indira. She got her first break by singing for A.R. Rahman. In this film Indira, she sang two solo songs, Next year, she also got a chance to sing for a film like Indian and Iruvar. Her first rendering for Deva was in the year 1996 for the film ‘Nerukku Ner’. In the same year, she got a chance to render a solo song for music composer S.A. Rajkumar for the film ‘Pistha’. Occasionally, she did numbers for composers Karthik Raja, Mani Sharma, Vidyasagar, Bharathwaj, Harris Jayaraj, Yuvan Shankar Raja, M. M. Keeravani, Devi Sri Prasad, D. Imman, Chakri.

Shreya Ghoshal, one of the most famous singers in Bollywood today, was born on March 12th, 1984, in Berhampore, West Bengal. Her father Biswajit Ghoshal is an electrical engineer and mother Sharmistha Ghoshal is a postgraduate in literature. She started singing since the age of 4 when her mother taught her. She started her formal training in Hindustani classical Gharana of music when she was only six years old. She was trained for 18 months after which she continued her training in Mumbai with Late Mukta Bhideji. She completed her graduation in Arts with majors in English. Her first on-stage performance was at their club’s annual function. Her first studio album was in Bengali in 19998 and was named Bendhechhi Beena, and her first onscreen performance was in Awaz Nayi Andaaz Wohi. In 1995, she became the winner of All India Light Vocal Music Competition. Her fame and career began with her winning a television singing reality show named Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

Joy Crizildaa was born on the 25th of August in 1988. Joy’s birthplace is Chennai, India. Joy started her career as a film director in the South Indian Film Industry. At present, she is the founder of a Fashion Designing company called Signature. The company was founded in the year 2014. After completing her schooling, she moved to Chennai to pursue Visual Communications. During her study, she was an intern in the Star TV and even became a producer of the programs in the channel Captain TV. She worked under the direction of S. Anton. While working as a producer, she felt that her future lies in fashion designing.

Nikki Galrani is a model and an actress. She is famous for her acting roles in many South Indian movies. She was born in Bangalore. She finished her studies in Bishop Cotton College. She later went to take a course in the field of Fashion Designing. She said that her parents and her sister wanted her to be a doctor.

Srushti Dange is Indian actress and model mostly appeared in Tamil movies.. Srushti Dange first appeared in the films as a supporting actor. The Tamil crime thriller film where she played the role of a victim 'Suja', 'Yuddham Sei' in 2011 was also well appreciated by the audience. Mysskin directed the film in which Cheran and Dipa Shah played the lead role. Apart from this, Srushti has also played the supporting role for the Telugu film "April Fool". In 2014, Srushti played the role of  'Meghavathy' in a Tamil film 'Megha' directed by Karthik Rishi and co-starred with Ashwin Kakumanu. Megha has a birth name of ‘Hirani Ramachandran’, born on 18th March 1987, who turned 28 this year. She is a Tamil playback singer singing predominantly in Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam and Kannada. She is also a co-founder of School of Excellence that offers NLP programs and models. She is the great-granddaughter of Papanasam Sivan, who was a Carnatic composer; daughter of S. Ramachandran and Gowri Ramachandran. She was born in Chennai but did most of her schooling from Bangalore. While doing masters, she persuaded signing in 2007 as she completed her grade 8 in western classical music from Trinity College, London. Her first debut performance in the south film industry was in film Naan Avanillai where she was introduced by Vijay Anthony; she has also worked with various music directors including A.R Rehman. But this is not the only point where she has limited her learning, she showed a great deal of interest in learning neuro-linguistic programming technique, and she learned it from John Grinder and Richard Bandler.

Sam Anton is a Tamil director who is currently making his presence felt in the Kollywood industry. His first film was showered with accolades and compliments from the audience and soared its way into being a commercial success. He is currently working on his next project which is slated to be released in June 2017. Born on January 1, 1982, the young director became a thorough professional in the field with the release of his first movie named Darling. Geetha Arts and Studio Green were the producing banners, and when it was unveiled on the theaters during early 2015, it made a long-lasting impact in the Kollywood industry.

Allu Aravind is a film producer in Andhra Pradesh who is also a distributor in Tollywood. The film producer has produced films in various languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi too. Maruthi Dasari is a well-known screenplay writer, director, and producer, best known for his works in the Telugu film industry. He is especially known as the man who makes the best low budget movies and especially for his A-Rated jokes that gain popularity among the adult masses. Some of his best-known works are ‘Bus Stop’ and ‘Ee Rojullo’, both hit Telugu romantic comedy films. He was born on the 8th of October in the year 1981 in the Machilipatnam city in Krishna district in the state of Andhra Pradesh. After completing graduation, Maruthi moved to Hyderabad where he enrolled at DQ Entertainment International from where he studied animation and also did part time jobs to pay off his tuition fees.  
 

Na. Muthukumar is a poet, lyricist, writer and novelist, who writes in Tamil. He is famous for writing scripts and songs for Tamil films. Na. Muthukumar was born on 12 July 1975 in a small village named ‘Tirur’ near Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu. His Father, Mr Nagaraj was a Tamil teacher.Mr Nagaraj always maintained a collection of 5000 books throughout his life, and after he had passed away, this collection was preserved by his son in his office. Also, his mother passed away when he was merely four years old. Muthukumar reminisces that he acquired most of the knowledge of his life from his father’s book collection. Also, to help others he has plans to open a library where everybody could access those books. Na. Muthukumar began his career with a dream to be a director. So, he started working under director Balu Mahendra for about four years as assistant director. But due to turn of events, he landed into being a lyricist. He began with writing the lyrics for the Tamil movie ‘Veera Nadai’ which was directed by Seeman.

Shankar Mahadevan, a well-renowned, talented and famous music composer, and singer. An accomplished musician in Tamil cinema, he is a part of the Shankar Ehsaan Loy trio team that provides music to Bollywood and other International films. He has won various Indian and multiple National Film Award. His most famous albums include, “Breathless“- Album that first gave him fame, including the song, "Breathless," in which he sings throughout the whole song without pausing to breathe and “Nine” - Nine is Shankar's most recent album. Each song is a representation of a "mood," including joy, sadness, love, etc. He was also invited by UNESCO and the US State Department to perform at the UN General Assembly Hall for the finale of the International Jazz Festival on 30 April 2012 which is a thing of pride. Shankar has always considered himself as a restless student wanting to learn more every time. He says he’s thirsty and want to learn every time and experiment with something new. He wants to be a perfectionist. Shanker also feels that Karnatak music is the most powerful form of music and he himself started with Karnataka classic which he says is the best to create a prominent base for music. Music is the thing which excites Shanker the most, and he would always be attached to it. Personal Life: Shanker Mahadevan was born in Chennai to a Tamil family but was later brought to Mumbai and was raised there. Being born into a Tamil family and later raised in Mumbai, he knows both Hindi and Tamil language but is not well versed with Tamil and Malayalam. He finished his schooling from OLPS High School in Chembur and his engineering in computer science from R.A.I.T (D Y Patil, Navi Mumbai). His wife, Sangeeta is Maharashtrian and oldest son Siddharth Mahadevan. Also, a singer, made his debut on the 2013 Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’s song, Zinda. Shankar’s youngest son, Shivam Mahadevan, also a singer made his debut in 2013 in the movie Dhoom 3’s song, Bande Hain Hum Uske. Mahadevan is fluent in Marathi, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu and English.

Johnson is a PRO, a Public Relations Officer in the Tamil industry. He has handled the PR of various Tamil movies. Johnson is from Nagercoil, a city in Tamil Nadu. His mother is Johannal, and his father, KGA John, is an ex-naval officer. He has six siblings. He married to H.J. Mano in 1994. Johnson always dreamt of being a filmmaker. He aspired to assist the Indian actor R. Parthiban. He left his city, Nagercoil, and moved to Chennai to fulfill his dream. He met the editor of the magazine Kungumam, Paavai Chandran. Paavai brought him into the world of magazines. There, he started to write snippets about Tamil films. The films he wrote about were handled by Nellai Sundarjan as a PRO.

Bala Saravanan is an Indian Tamil cinema actor. He has appeared mostly in films with Tamil languages. He made his debut with Kalli Kaatu Pallikoodam; a school drama serial aired on Vijay Tv. He came into notice with another serial that was a college drama, Kana Kaanum Kaalangal Kalloriyin Kadhai, which too was aired on Vijay Tv. 

Karunas is a popular comedian, musician, and producer and Tamil actor. He was born as Karunanidhi Sethu on February 21, 1970, in Peravurani, Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu, India. He studied at Palangudi Bharati School and moved to Nandaman Arts, Presidency College later on. Karunas started his career as a dancer and pop singer who worked in the Tamil folk music.

Gana Bala, a famous singer and lyricist of Kollywood, was born as Bala Murugan, but he adopted the name Gana Bala himself as a stage name. Sometimes, he is also known as Anathai Bala, 'Gana Kuyil King' Bala. He was born to V. S. Mani and M. Punniyam. Bala studied law at Presidency College in Chennai after studying Botany. After being graduated, his chance at fame began when he participated in a reality TV show called Gana Kuyil Pattu. The show was aired on Kalaignar TV, and he won it. In the singing field, he has specific expertise in the Gaana genre in the Tamil industry. In fact, he is given a lot of credit for reviving the genre back in the industry. He gained a lot of success and fame after Aadi Pona Aavani, and Nadukadalula Kappala came out as a part of the soundtrack of Attakathi. He also received several nominations and won the Vikatan Award for playback singing in that movie. It was his big break and after that he has done innumerable songs in movies, albums under famous composers like G. V. Prakash Kumar.

G. V. Prakash Kumar is the new Kollywood singer who, after earning a good name in the music industry, made his acting debut with Pencil opposite Sri Divya, but the project got delayed. His next film Darling got released earlier. Darling was a remake of Telugu film Prema Katha Chitram, which became popular. His third film is going to be in Telugu and Tamil. Telugu film titled Trisha Ledha Nayanthara and Tamil titled Trisha Illana Nayanthara will be released in September 17, 2015. The actor has signed two new films Bruce Lee and Sam Anton, which is getting ready for its shooting.

As a music composer, he already made a huge impact in Tamil Cinema. He was a vocalist on the soundtrack for A R Rahman’s score in Gentleman. Prakash made a contribution to Rahman’s numerous projects. He worked with Harris Jayaraj and sang two popular songs in Anniyan and Unnale Unnale, but he got the break as a full-fledged composer in Tamil film Veyil. His score in Madrasapattinam was appreciated by the masses; especially he cast a spell for his number in the song” "Pookal Pookum Tharunam". The composer made even Dhanush to sing for a song” Voda Voda Voda” and even recorded some songs with his wife Saindhavi.

A young brain deeply rooted in Indian music, his talent needs no mention, but when a singer, composer makes a mark in acting as a hero, it is indeed a milestone in the cine world. Very few had achieved this status, one being legendary playback singer Kishore Kumar. G. V. Prakash Kumar is married to Saindhavi, who is also a playback singer.

K E Gnanavel Raja popularly known as Gnanavel is a multi talented personality in Tamil film industry. Gnanavel Raja is the son of Kousalya and V K Eswaran. He was born and brought up in Chennai. He got his introduction into the world of movies through his exposure during the college days. He is the uncle of the famous  and acclaimed Tamil actors Suriya and Karthi.

Arun is an Indian sound engineer and editor who works in the Tamil and Malayalam industries. He was born and brought up in Chennai. He completed his primary education from MGR higher Secondary school. He graduated from Open University in sound designing. He met with his friend Seenu, during the event of a movie. They met each other and become a friend. They share everything. They recognized with the name Arun-Seenu. They have worked together in many hit films. Both of them are now knows by only one name Arun Seenu.

Seenu is a well known sound engineer, popularly known as Sound Engineer Seenu. He is the sound effects editor, sound designer, and special effects coordinator. Some of his movies are Devi 2(2019), Kadhal Mattum Vena(2019), Super Deluxe (2019). Seenu is very dedicated towards his job and says,

Arunraja Kamaraj known as a singer, actor, and director was born in Peru, near Kulithalia town in Tamil Nadu. He did his schooling from Government Boys Higher Secondary School and Higher Secondary schooling from Bishop Heber Higher Secondary School.
