R. Arvind or Arvind Ramalingam is a Tamil, film director. He studied in Coimbatore before he shifted to Chennai and had an internship with Prasad Labs. In 2009, he started his very own creative agency called TCC. From 2011-2013, TCC won the Best Independent Creative Agency in Chennai and from 2011-2012, it became the Second Best Independent Creative Agency in South India. He also started his own production house, the Creative Criminal, which mainly engaged in ad related videos and ad films.
