Hiphop Tamizha is an Indian Hiphop duo based in Chennai and composed of Adhithya Ramachandran Venkatapathy and Jeeva R. Primarily remained nameless, but gained acknowledgement after release of their track “Club le Mabbu le” which successfully attained 2 million views in a short span of two weeks in 2011. After listening to the track, the international hiphop brand Remy Martin, declared Hiphop Tamizha as an endorsed brand in the world of music. It was in 2012, that Hiphop Tamizha released their first official album, Hiphop Tamiizhan which became India’s first Tamil Hip Hop Album.
