Vaibhav Reddy is the son of a prominent director of Telugu films, A. Kodandarami Reddy, and is an actor himself by profession. He hails from Hyderabad and has studied at Cambridge Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai, as well as from the famous St. Bede's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai.
