Aishwarya Dutta is a Tamil film actress. This mesmerizing actress is known to the Tamil film lovers as “Harini’. It is the name of the character she had played in the film ‘Tamiluku En Ondrai Aluthavum’ co-starring Nakul, Dinesh, Urvashi, Bindu Madhavi and Sathish and was directed by Ramprakash Rayappa. Being a young and a novice actress, she was able to perform quite well and also attract many of the film lovers.

Urvashi is the stage name of Kavitha Ranjini, a producer, film actress, TV anchor and a script writer from India. She was born on 1970 at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Her father is Chavara V. P. Nair and her mother is Vijayalakshmi. Her siblings are actress and classical dancer, Kalaranjini, Malayalam actress and comedian, Kalpana Priyadarshini, Kamal Roy and Prince who is also a Malayalam actor. Urvashi has been married twice. Her first marriage was held on October 11, 2000 with actor Manoj K. Jayan but they got separated in year 2008 because of some differences. They have been divorced in Chennai and later separated by an order from the court. Urvashi’s daughter, Tejalakshmi or better known as Kunjatta now lives with his father Manoj. Then Urvashi was married again to a Civil Engineer in November 2013. Urvashi and Shivaprasad’s marriage was held through a private ceremony in Chennai. The two later announced that Urvashi was pregnant on her second child and subsequently gave birth to a baby boy on August 8, 2014.

This dusky Telugu beauty had made a huge name for her in Tollywood industry first and later on she affirmed her identity even in Tamil cinema. Her success was not full of roses, but surrounded by a few thorns too. She was either not born with a silver spoon, whose parents had belonged to cinema industry. She was just an ordinary girl brought up in a family of deputy commissioner (Tax department) and moved to various locations in her childhood with her family. There was no permission granted to her to take up films, but as lady luck smiled upon her, she first started her modeling career after dong her degree in 2005.

She was also cast in Puri Jagannadh’s movie “Bumper Offer” and was seen in the controversial role of a sex worker in ‘’Veppam’’ directed by Anjana Ali Khan and produced by Gautham Menon. It was after Vepppam, that she moved towards Tamil film industry and got recognition too. Her Tamil movie ‘’Kazhugu’’ was a mega hit and its success pushed herself into many Chartbuster movie lists such as ‘’Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’’. 

Her latest flick will be ‘’Savaale Samaali’’, where she will be seen playing a sub-inspector role. We also hear that she wants to get back to her studies again doing her master degree in bio-technology and might even bid bye from the industry. What will happen, time alone can tell us. But her professional attitude in the film industry and her willingness to accept many challenging roles has even surprised many actresses, whom she had left behind. Undoubtedly, she is the new golden girl in Tollywood.

Roshini Shridharan is an Indian movie actress who happens to be a supporting actor predominantly in the Tamil movie industry. So far, she has lent her brilliant acting skills in the movie 'Thamizhukku Enn Ondrai Azhuthavum'. The said movie was pushed on commercial screens in 2015. Thamizhukku Enn Ondrai Azhuthavum is an action-comedy packed movie with a romance plot ongoing engaging the leads. The movie was produced under the direction of Ramprakash Rayappa.

V Chandran is a famous producer who works in the Tamil industry. He is known for the film Thamizhukku En Ondrai Azhuthavum. It was released on 20 February 2015. V Chandran produced this movie, starring Nakul, Dinesh Ravi, Aishwarya Dutta, Bindu Madhavi. Ramprakash Rayappa directed it. It was a thriller movie. The story is about four people that are linked to each other on a deadly mission. A deadly bomb will be activated if a computer geek restores a part of Chennai city's mobile networks, which are down due to a solar flare. It was liked by the critics and the audience too. It got a positive review overall.

R Senthil Kumar is a Dialogue Writer, Producer, and Director working in the Tamil Industry. He is appreciated for his work in movies like Thiranthidu Seese (2015) in which he was the Executive Director, Thamizhukku Enn Ondrai Azhuthavum(2015)where he was the Dialogue Writer and Sawaari (2016) where he played the role of Production Executive.

Deepak Kumar Padhy is an Indian cinematographer who hails from Tamil Nadu. He comes from a family background that is closely associated with the world of cinema. His father Saroj Padhy, is a veteran cinematographer who has done more than 100 feature films in Malayalam. During his school days, for a large span of time, he spends at his father’s shooting spot. He went to Sri Krishnaswamy Matriculation Higher Secondary School (SKMHSS) and Devi Academy in Chennai.

Madhan Karky Vairamuthu was born on March 10, 1980. He lives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He completed his education from College of Engineering, Guindy and University of Queensland. He is an Indian lyricist, software engineer, a professor, research associate, and a film dialogue writer. His parents are Vairamuthu and Ponmani; his father is a poet and a lyricist.

Yugabharathi is an Indian lyricist and poet. He specializes in writing Tamil poems and Tamil songs. He was born in the Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. Yugabharathi’s real name is Prem Kumar, but he changed it to Yugabharathi as it was his pen name for his poems. Yugabharathi completed his Matriculation from Maxwell Matriculation Higher Secondary School. He also has a Diploma in Engineering from Government Polytechnic College. He started his career as a poet in early 90’s and wrote poems for various Tamil magazines. He changed his name to Yugabharathi to honor his idol Subramanya Bharathi. He started his career as a lyricist with the movie Aanandham. He wrote lyrics for Pallankuzhiyin in the movie. After that, he wrote lyrics for many songs. His first work as a successful lyricist came out in the year 2002 in the movie Run. He wrote the song Kadhal Pisase, which became a huge hit. In 2003, he wrote songs for the movie Vasiya Kaari and Manmadha Raasa. In the year 2004, he went back to writing poems for magazines.

Harihara Sudhan is an Indian-Singer. He mainly works in the Tamil Film Industry. He is thinking of working the other film industries which include the Hindi Film Industry, Telugu Film Industry, Kannada Film Industry, and Malayalam Film Industry.He is a hardworking and dedicated Playback Singer. Dinesh Ravi is popularly known as Attakathi Dinesh is an actor who hailed from Chennai. He has a passion in cinema from his early age. He appeared in small roles in E, starred by Jiiva, Aadukalam by Dhanush and Mouna Guru by Arulnithi. He made is heroic debut through Attakatthi, which yield him a fame. After the success of the film, he appeared in cameo roles in Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum, starred by Vijay Sethupathi and Ethir Neechal by Sivakarthikeyan.

MD Asif is an actor and martial artist well known for his role in ‘Thuppaki’ the Tamil super hit film. Born as Mohammed Asif, he was born in the city of Kolkata in the state of West Bengal. Not much is known about the star’s childhood and earlier life. He came into recognition after she starred in ‘Thuppaki’ alongside Tamil cinema industry’s superstar Vijay. He is also famous for doing all of the stunts in his films without the help of any stunt doubles. MD Asif is known to have undergone rigorous training in the middle of a secluded forest in Thailand. He sought to train in Muay Thai, a style of martial arts and spent a long time alone at the training camp.

Sathish is a talented and veteran Tamil actor who is mostly known for his ventures in Tamil television serials mainly in strong supporting character roles with a comic touch. Actor Sathish has been born and brought up in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India and started off his acting career with acting in theatres. Till today, Sathish continues to act in theatres and owns his own Tamil theatre troupe. Sathish is also a trained dancer and has also worked as a choreographer for a brief period of time in the Tamil film and television industry before becoming a dedicated Tamil tele serial comic actor. Vanaraj is an art director in the Tamil movie industry and is from Valparai, in Coimbatore. He is currently living in Chennai and started his career as an Assistant Art Director. In 2005, he worked in the Vadivelu comedy Kundakka Mandakka as an Asst Art Director. He worked as an assistant between 2005 and 2008 in many movies like Murugan Mohan directed Ethirmarai, Ramana Madhesh directed Arsangam, and Vincent Selva directed Perumal under various production houses like Oscar Films and Captan Cine Creation. His first work as an independent Art Director was Sattam Oru Irrutarai in 2012 directed by S.A Chandrasekhar, a remake of the 1981 film of the same name. In 2013, he was the Art Director in the 2013, Tamil Dramedy Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya directed by Manikandan.

Ghantasala Sai Srinivas Thaman Siva Kumar, also known as S.Thaman. He is an Indian film composer, who also works in Tamil and Telugu industry. He is famous for giving his best. He started his career in the film Boys. He then became famous for his passion towards music director. His debut film as music director for Tamil was Sindhanai Sei and for Telugu was Kick. S.Thaman was born on 16th November 1983 in Andhra Pradesh. He is the grandchild of Ghantasala Balaramaya, who is known for producing the Telugu film Seetarama Jananam. Thaman, a 28-year-old hails from a family of musicians from Pottepalam. His father Ghantasala Siva Kumar was a Drummer; mother Ghantasala Savitri is a playback singer and his aunt P.Vasantha is also singer. Thaman married Vardhini, who is a playback singer.

Comedy is the forte of Manobala (Manobala Mahadevan), who is also a director. He was born on 4th June 1953 and acts in supporting roles too. His primary region of interest is Tamil. He has over 40 movies and 16 television serials to his credit. Having worked in 3 telefilms too, he has over 200 movies to his credit. He has worked under director Bharathiraja. 

Hailing from Sulur, Manobala forayed into the Tamil industry with the 1994 flick Thaaimaaman. Doing trivial roles initially, he switched to comedy later. He was appreciated for his comedy, and his skinny appearance added to the laughter of the audience. His rapport with Kamal Haasan, though commendable in the initial stages, was not good after some problems with the Directors Union. But later Manobala confessed that, he doesn’t hold any grudges with Kamal Haasan. The Sun TV program Asathapovathu Yaaru has Manobala’s presence frequently. He had a brief stint with production through the film Sathuranga Vettai. 

Oor Kavalan, Aagaya Gangai, Sirai Paravai, Moodu Manthiram, Pillai Nila, Moondrezhuthil En Moochirukkum, Karuppu Vellai and Nandini are a few flicks of his direction. As an actor his works are Natpukkaga, Taj Mahal, Annai, Minsara Kanna, Perazhagan, Priyasakhi, Samudhiram, Ghajini, Varalaaru, Thambi, Azhagiya Thamizh Magan, Santhosh Subramaniam, Polladhavan, Dindigul Sarathy, Abhiyum Naanum etc. Manobala is active in the industry from 1982 to till date. Manobala is credited to have done projects with three generations. He is a simple person and doesn’t like publicity. 

On his personal front Manobala is wedded to Usha. 

Manobala stated that people asked him to direct films like Pillai Nila. KS Ravikumar tapped his comical streak and his life changed a lot due to him. Manobala is grateful to K S Ravikumar for that. He feels that directing 40 films is indeed a commendable one.  

On 3rd May 2023, Manobala died in Chennai. He was suffering from illness related to pancreas. His sudden death saddened the film industry and fans.

Nakul is an Indian film actor and playback singer. He is a known personality in the Tamil film industry. He was born as Nakul Jaidev to Lakshmi and Jayadev on June 15, 1984, in Mumbai, India. He is the brother of Devayani, a teacher, and former actress. Nakul was debuted in the 2003 Tamil coming-of-age film, Boys, alongside Siddharth, Bharath, Manikandan, Genelia, and Sai Srinivas Thaman, who are all newcomers in that movie. Nakul’s family sent some pictures of Mayur (his brother) to the office of Shankar, who helmed his debut film.

V.J. Sabu Joseph is a renowned film editor in the Tamil film industry. Although he started his journey in the year 2002 by working as an associate film editor with veteran film editors- J. N. Harsha, and Anthony- his first project as an independent editor was for the movie ‘‘Aanmai Thavarael’ (2011).

M. M. Manasi – The versatile playback singer, who started her singing career in the movies at the age of 9. She was born on 8th January 1993 and her native place is Chennai. She was trained for 15 years in Hindustani vocal. Though her hometown was Chennai, she was brought up in Mumbai. She started to learn the music at the age of 2. Her first performances were during the festivals such as Navaratri and Ganapathi Chaturthi. Her family encouraged her a lot, and good encouragement can go a long way. Manasi has mentioned her t parents' encouragement in a lot of interviews and stages. Her inspiration was K. Pop and Ilayaraja. She is not only a playback singer but she is also a dubbing artist. She finished her studies in the D. g. Vaishnav College in Management.

M M Monisha is an Indian playback singer, voice-over artist, who works in the Tamil industry. She was born in Tamil speaking parents in Chennai and grew up in Mumbai. At the age of four, she started learning music; her first public performance was during her school plays and culture programs. She has an elder sister, who is also a famous playback singer. She has sung in movies like Race Gurram, Pratibandh, Ra, Sema, Yaar Ivan. Her previous film to hit in the theatre was in the year 2018. She has also received the best playback singer award at SIIMA. Her sister is married and has a daughter. She worked with many famous singers in the Tamil industry. She made her own identity, which is increasing her fan following. She wants to become a singer since childhood. She used to practice with her sister. She had also sang for the Telugu film Race Gurram. She had sung in Kalari, Sema, Yaar Ivan and many films in Tamil.
