Kalyana Parisu Season 2 is a Tamil serial broadcast on the Sun TV channel. This show has two seasons and 1840 episodes. It was released on 10 February 2014. Vidya works at Ashok’s house to take care of her family. She is treated rudely by this family. Ashok has gone to foreign to study. Vidya and Ashok were best friends when they were young. Vidya is happy as Ashok’s returning. She lives with her younger sisters and mother. Vidya brings gifts for them with her salary by working at Ashok’s house. Ashok’s stepmother,Subbulakshmi, has a special corner for Vidya.Vidya wants to send her sister, Kalyani, to a good college for further studying. That is the reason she works so hard at Ashok’s house. Ashok is her childhood friend and she is in love with him.
When they were little, Ashok always consoled her when she was crying. She cried a lot when he left but Ashok gave her a ring bearing the letter ‘A’ as a reminder of their friendship. As soon as Ashok comes back home, it is clear that he has forgotten all about Vidya and his promise. He thinks she is just the housemaid.Vidya cooks foodfor him. Geetha, Ashok’s cousin, gets married and consults Vidya always, as she helped her see her ex-lover’s true face. She got her ex-lover arrested as he was a fraud and a criminal. Vidya takes care of Ashok’s parents and family’s medicines and everything. Everyone in Ashok’s family is dependent on Vidya in one way or another. But Vidya gets thrown out of Ashok’s house because of some mistake. Ashok brings her back as everyone needs her. Ashok and Vidya become good friends with time. But problems arise when Ashok wants to marry Shwetha but ends up marrying Vidya.
