Tamil Web Series Arivaan

Arivaan is a Tamil web series that falls under the very popular genre of thriller/drama. The story of the show follows a retired police officer named Hari who has opened a barbershop to sustain himself. Hari used to be an investigative officer and is now a divorcee too. A college girl named Shalini has been missing for five days. Her parents approach a television channel to run her story but the show gets interrupted suddenly by a call from someone. Hari watches the show and is intrigued by the case. He then goes and meets Shalini’s father and enquires about her. The case goes to a young officer named Deva who gets to know about how Hari is getting too much involved in the case. Suddenly Shalini is found and the police are baffled by the case.

Hari goes and meets Shalini in the hospital where she is admitted. After Hari leaves, Shalini is scared by a nightmare that she saw and her father rushes to Hari to tell him about her strange behavior. The case starts getting more and more complicated as other characters are introduced in the story. One such character is Bhanu who recalls his relationship with Hari. To solve the case, Deva and Hari join forces and embark on a mysterious and thrilling adventure to find the mystery kidnapper. The show came out in 2020 and has 49 episodes in total. The show is rated ‘U’ and is for almost all people of all ages. The show is streaming on the online platform, Zee5.
